Awesome place. Great food. Absolutely stunning decor and ambience. Very helpful staff. We were traveling through Spokane and were in rush to airport. We called on our way to restaurant and the staff took our order over the phone, reserved a table and brought our food in 5 mins after we sat down. My favorite thing about this place is the decor. Just thought everyone should see that. So, I am posting the pictures here.

Looks kinda cheesy on the outside, but the food is good, and the atmosphere is light hearted and fun. Price range goes from 16-28 bucks on average so pricey but they give you a lot of food. I had tofu phad thai, 5 stars, 3 diamonds and it was fairly spicy. Although I think spice heads might want to go for a 5 and 5. Also they can add a spice tray so you can add as much as you want.

Great food and large portions. Not sure why some say they had a bad experience. Staff has always been very attentive. This is a must eat place.

When this new location first opened, everything was great including food and service. We’re members and were frequenting this place regularly. However, our dining experience in November was awful. We waited a very long time before our order was taken, then had to remind the server about our drinks that we’ve been waiting on for at least 20 minutes… food took much longer,it must have been 45 minutes at least before we were served our food. I ordered my regular favorite D6 dinner combo, only to be absolutely disgusted by the Mongolian Beef. It was literally inedible, and tasted like someone soaked it in vinegar. They remade my order but it was still gross, just less vinegary. Our kids complained their Pad Thai was also terrible and had no flavor. We were very shocked at the drastic change in service and food quality. We stopped going there for about 2 months because it was such an aversive experience. We tried again tonight and service was terrible again. The server came to take our drink orders, then left with our menus. We expected her to be back in 5 minutes or so but she did not show up for a while. We sent the kids to the hostess to request for menus again. We were left there sitting for 20 minutes waiting for our drinks and for our orders to be taken. Food was thankfully not awful this time but we did have to wait for nearly an hour for our food to be ready. The food was not as good as it used to be, but at least it was edible this time. The restaurant was half empty, they were not busy but server seemed to be unavailable and nowhere to be found unless she had to bring food out or hand us our $100+ bill. $100+ for our dinner with that level of service is cow dung level VERY DISAPPOINTED. This place has gone downhill. Food quality is mediocre when it’s not inedible, and service is terrible now. It’s as if they can’t hire or train quality service staff anymore.

Friendly courteous wait staff and servers. The food is nicely presented and the level of "heat" in each individual dish is adjusted on a basis of 1 to 5 for your individual palate and taste preference. Was quite nice!

Great meal, great service, fun atmosphere. My husband had the Mongolian Beef, our friend had the China Town bento box, and I had the Crab fried rice. We shared the pot stickers. All the food was wonderful. We tried the Phucket Punch and Huckleberry Cosmos cocktails and the Thai iced tea. All super yummy!

We have visited this restaurant several times now and every time enjoy it so much. The service is excellent. The atmosphere and music has been so relaxing! Today I tried the coconut ice cream! It was awesome. My husband had the mango with sticky rice! Both tasted great! Our meal selections were delicious as well! They have so many choices to pick from and enjoy. We will keep coming back!

Avoid the lunch combos unless you want a large portion of so-so Thai food at a decent price. The building is very nicely decorated, I really wanted to like this place, but my lunch combo A felt like a couple scoops of pre-made mediocrity. I hope to try again as I’m pretty sure their main menu is better.

Got the pineapple curry. Portions were enough for two people. Got the lowest level spicy and was a bit too much for me personally but it was still good and flavorful. Staff was great , restaurant was clean and pretty

Went in for a appetizer and glass of wine and a take out order. This took an hour and a half. Food was good. I had the chicken Osaka Service very slow. Recommend calling ahead if you want take out and don't plan on spending an hour and half in the bar.

Ordered delivery for the Mongolian beef, tangy orange chicken and shrimp fried rice. Roughly spent between $60-$100. I was waffling to do it but after a long day and work week, I said, "whatever." All the entrées were really tasteful and fresh however my dissatisfaction comes with the portion of this wonderful tasting food received. If the prices of the food is at an increase, then the quantity of food received should be increased as well. Make my dollars stretch more and feed me please. I was not just ordering for myself, but for my household as well. One suggestion that I have for all restaurants is to start putting a serving size next to the dish so we know whether it will accommodate whom we are trying to feed, especially on menu items that are not so obvious to dictate. The photos I posted, sorry, I dug in a little before taking the photos, cause I was hungry. The food was already messed over a bit but the portion received was about accurate with the orange chicken.

Nice menu with lots of choices. Everyone liked what they ordered. The decor is great - love the carvings and ceiling. Jarred was a great server too. Good job guys.

In less than a month I've been back to this restaurant 3 times. The wait staff is kind, the food is delicious and the environment is very nice and clean.

1st impression when you walk in here is the extensive décor. It is everywhere. They have clearly designed this restaurant to be Thai through and through. Food was okay, not great. I tried their black rice dessert which was tasty. Presentation of my dinner was pretty blah. The menu is huge, too large in my opinion. This is usually a sign they they don't do much of it well as they can't specialize and focus on the important components of meal prep. You get choice over quality.

We had our family Christmas lunch for 22 people this past Sunday. Josh was our organizer and waiter and did a fabulous job. The food was wonderful. Josh was such a treat….fun attitude, very accommodating and a real joy to have in the banquet room with our family! He took the time to interact with all of us and took pictures for us as well. We enjoy Thai Bamboo throughout the year. We are definitely planning any future family gatherings to take place here. We all enjoyed it immensely! Very kid friendly too!

The food is excellent, and they list all of the ingredients in each dish, which is a huge plus if you have allergies. My wife is allergic to sesame seeds, so this is one of the few Asian restaurants we're able to eat at. They also can make any dish extra spicy, which I love. The atmosphere in the dining area is super cool, especially the ceiling. Our server, Josh, was incredible as well. Super nice and super attentive.

We came here to celebrate a birthday, and everyone loved their meals. The Pad Thai with beef / chicken, pad see ew, and yellow curry were enjoyed by all. The portions are generous, and we all took home leftovers. The Thai iced teas were a special treat. Everyone was happy with their chosen spiciness levels, ranging from 0-2. We love the magical atmosphere of the place. Levi was a very good host, and our server, Joshua, was very attentive and friendly. He made sure we were well taken care of. We look forward to our next visit!

Attended at lunch while on a day trip to Spokane with my wife and vegan daughter. The inside decor is stunning. So many things to look at. Super clean. My daughter got a vegan meal (of which there were many options) and we got regular meals. When our meals arrived they were hot, fresh , delicious and large. Wait staff were attentive and the whole experience was enjoyable. HIGHLY recommended

When you think of Thai food in Spokane you always hear Thai Bamboo. Highly decorated and authentic feeling atmosphere. Go for the food, stay for the light show. Lunch and dinner combos are very filling and well balanced and the Thai iced tea is so good I usually get two. Staff is friendly and owners have hook ups in the car community and once in a while have an unreal car show.

One of our favorite places to dine in or take out. Love their new lounge area. We always had great service when it was down the road, but I swear since they've moved to their new location it's even better! Everyone seems to enjoy working there!

Thank you for the fantastic food and excellent service! Josh took great care of my family and we were very happy! The quality and quantity of food was also above my expectations, as was the fun atmosphere in the restuarant. Really worth going! We're so pleased! 👍❤

The atmosphere is great with really neat and authentic Thai carvings and art pieces. The hostess did not greet us when we got there and after waiting almost 5 minutes she finally said she'd be right with us. (There was nobody else waiting and had plenty of open tables) then after we got seated we didn't hear from our waitress for another 10 minutes. She looked like she just rolled out of bed. Not trying to be mean but it was very obvious that she put zero effort into trying to look good today. She finally got us some waters and asked if she could get us anything besides water but we were already to order. I asked for the coconut shrimp as an appetizer but asked for one extra so we each got to have one. She brought 5 instead of 6, burnt shrimps with no appitizer plates! I personally wouldn't have served them to my guests if it were my kitchen. And would have brought plates, too. Our food was decent however mine was room temperature. I don't understand why our experience was not as good as other locations. They are probably understaffed just like everyone else but it was very disappointing.

Initial order was made incorrectly but our server caught it before he set the plate down and was good at communicating updates. Food was tasty and well presented. I would go here again. Nice to have a gluten-free option as well!
