Absolutely SUPERB food and excellent service. The warm and friendly owner is so inviting and has an amazing report with everyone who comes in his establishment. He even remembered me, even though it was only my second time coming in! It was pretty impressive. He jokes around and has personalized conversations with everyone that walked in, be it for dine-in or takeout, and that extra added interpersonal touch really makes it worth coming back for. Plus, he has some very unique dishes and they're always extremely flavorful! Some of the best rice paper salad rolls move had in years, and everything is always fresh and very homemade tasting. I recommend this place 110%! 11/10! Definitely do go!

I've been on the hunt for the best Bun Bo Hue in Spokane, and so far this place is it! This was a broth made in the Hue tradition, lemongrass base with chili added in to ratchet up the spice. There is enough chili oil in this dish to open up your sinuses and your ear drums. Are you fighting congestion on account of the smoke from forest fires? Come here, order the BBH and you'll be a new person!

Wonderful dinner at a fair/reasonable price. Had small talk with the owner, he is genuine and shows great customer service, on a side note he has a good sense of humor if you are looking for a laugh. At the end of dinner the owner had even gave us $10 off our final bill, even offering to give us Fried Bananas w/ Ice Cream next time we come in for free, l highly recommend anyone to come here if they are wanting a taste of Vietnamese Cuisine!

Vegan/vegetarian pho (yes, broth too) was wonderful! Fish tanks were fun to watch. Yummy food, top notch service—attentive and friendly. Definitely plan to return.

I got the number 23 pho. I'm vegetarian so it's nice to have options. It was very good very authentic. The owner was super nice and I enjoy looking at the pretty aquariums. I would totally come back. Next time I'm in town will come back.

I can’t explain how much I love the food here. I come here multiple times a week. The beef pho to go is amazing and packaged perfectly and the broth is blistering hot still when you get home. The spring rolls are 10/10 and the boba tea is amazing. The curry is amazing. I just can’t explain how much better everything is here than any other place. Eat here, you will love your food. Prices are amazing.

This is a wonderful place to eat. They serve vegan on request and the owner is vegan! This is better than I make at home! The pet fish are truly amazing, the food is the best I have had even compared to Hawaii! It is amazing to find a business that truly understands a vegan. I have been hurt by businesses that think you can just remove meat from a dish and it sets my rheumatoid arthritis off! I went vegan to stop the signs and symptoms. Amazing place! Secret place for now! I mean wow! I love this place! Why it is not crazy busy is a complete mystery! It is better than any place I have ever eaten!

My friend used to work there, she told my wife and I how messy, disgusting, dirty the backroom was, there were mice in the kitchen and out side the backdoor. The owner is very cheap and allow them to use a certain number of towels every week. We are living in times that health and sanitation are of utmost concern. I no longer feel comfortable to eat there and I also advised my family and friends not to go there.

I unfortunately had to come back and edit my review after I had the food. The chicken on multiple different dishes was uneatable. The Pho was not good and the pad Thai was the worst I've ever had. No sauce and the meat was gross. The owner is very nice and in the past the food hasn't been this bad but this time was awful.

the owner of Pho Thinh is so, so kind. He’s replaced my order for free when I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and the other day I was accidentally given broth to-go before it was finished. I called to ask if the recipe had changed because it tasted different (not bad by any means, just different) and he explained that it was just a miscommunication and they had sent out the broth too early. He gave me a free meal the next day and even brought it out to my car! The food is 10/10 and so is the service!

Pho Thinh appears to be a remodeled pizza hut and it's very cute! Lots of cute fishes. The man who's always there working is very nice and makes this place worth coming back to just for the service.

This was not just a restaurant but a whole experience! The food was absolutely amazing. The owner was fun and lively and incredibly nice! We had a great time. I was shocked that we were the only ones in the restaurant. It was one of my favorite restaurant experiences I've ever had! And he had some awesome fish tanks with some really neat stuff in there. Service was very fast and friendly. We can't wait to go back!

One of my favorite restaurants ever! The food is SO good every single time without fail! I've taken multiple family members and they’ve all loved it. Theres lots of options to choose from and they're all cooked perfectly and super flavorful and balanced. As someone who's had trouble with meat since i was a toddler, the meat here is cooked SO well! One of those places you cant stop eating even after you're full. The service is AMAZING the man that works there every time even if your whole week has been horrible will light it up and make your experience great. He is also AMAZING with kids and babies. The atmosphere is great i always feel so happy there. 100% worth going to!!

We always get takeout, have been ordering for 2+ years and still coming back. Foods always hot and fresh, and a nice experience with staff. Really cool salt water tanks to look at if you dine in.

Best Pho in Spokane. Love the guy who runs the place his energy is epic. Alot of Pho places it is a tad over salted and this place it is perfection of flavors. A taste of meditation in a bowl. Comfort food warms the soul!

Probably one the coolest places I've gone to eat at. Food was amazing , awesome fish tanks with uv lights and glasses to see all the colors pop on the corrals! And the server was the best part ! Great service very friendly and even enjoyed some laughs together 10/10 recommend and will be back again !

Great food and excellent service! The beef pho is amazing, and my 4 year old loved the noodles with beef, chicken, shrimp and veggies. Service was exceptional, he brought out clean scissors to cut the meat for my 4yo if the pieces were too big, and they even boxed up the left overs for us. Pretty awesome fish tanks too!

The pho here was pretty good. The broth was excellent if a touch sweet. Portion size was good too, just a bit skimpy on the actual protein in my pho. Service was very friendly but slow, I can’t blame him, just one guy working the room and helping in the kitchen. Would come back when I’ve got the craving.

The Pho is fresh and delicious along with the veggies that come with it. We ordered an off menu dish and they made it happen. Great customer service and friendly smiles. We drove all the way from Texas and was glad we chose Pho Thinh over other choices. Will definitely return when in this part of the country.

Pho is all in the broth. This is by far the best broth I’ve had in all of my Pho hunting experience. The owner even sent me home with some broth to pop a few eggs in for breakfast the next day. 10/10 best pho in the Northwest.

Only four stars because I really have nothing to compare it to. It was my first time ever eating here. The owner/operated small place was cute. Beautiful, well taken care colorful fish tanks, the owner has a fun sense of humor. The food was pretty good. As I said, I can't compare with any other Vietnamese restaurants though, as this was my first experience with this style of food. I will definitely be going back, and trying more though!

Best pho I've had in a long time. The broth is clean and bright, not overwhelmed by star anise like a lot of them, and is perfectly balanced. My son got the beef teriyaki, which is easily one of the best teriyaki dishes I've had. They make their own teriyaki sauce. It's nice and light, not heavy, sugary and syrupy. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, nice and crisp but not raw, very generous portion. Very pleasant staff. This place is a keeper!

Don’t let this place fool you. This man runs this shop like a gentleman. The Pho is complimented with more onions and black pepper than usual. You can’t argue with this prices given inflation. Come here and get fed for a very good price with some very good food. The owner is amazing and very funny. Highly recommended

This places deserves all the praise other users have given it! Their staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and genuine. Not to mention attentive and fast! I have a service dog and they treated her with respect, even brought her a drink. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. The food was even better than the service.
