The energy in the studio was real, and I reflected in how sustainable this would be if I lived in Spokane. The coaches energy and encouragement pushed me, but it was a good balance from the beginning because it was fully explained and tailored to my fitness level. The interval-based session, mixing cardio and strength training, kept me engaged and motivated throughout. The heart rate monitor added a different real-time elemental of accountability, guiding my efforts to pushing me to get better and get the most out of the workout from beginning to end. The friendly staff made me feel at home, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. I appreciated the variety in exercises, creating a well-rounded and invigorating session. Orangetheory's innovative approach and supportive environment set a new standard for fitness. I left feeling accomplished, energized, and eager for more. Outstanding first experience for me!

    I have been a member since January of this year, and go to class almost everyday, including the lift classes. The staff are all wonderful to work with.

    Not only do I love OrangeTheory more than any other workout routine I've ever done, I've never experienced faster results and I've only been a member for less than 4 months. When I say results, I'm not necessarily talking just about fat loss. A reduction in body fat percentage is of course a result of the OrangeTheory method and consistently showing up, but there's so much more a person can gain. We live in a world where everyone seems to want an instant fix or a magic pill for health, but that doesn't exist. Health and wellness can only come with consistency and I think it's only sustainable when you're in it for something more than the size of your waistline, at least that's been my experience. I workout for the mental strength and wellbeing I gain. I work out for the confidence boost I get every day I show up. I work out to have more patience with my kids. I work out to test my own limits and see how strong I can get. I workout because I want my body to stay strong and pain free as I get older. And OrangeTheory makes working out so easy! I love just showing up and having someone tell me what to; I don't have to think about it, I just do what I'm told. Truly, every workout is different, which is really nice because you don't get bored or start to dread a certain aspect of the class. I also really appreciate the science based approach that OrangeTheory uses so that everyone can feel like they've maximized their workout, no matter what their fitness level is. I look forward to the extra challenges members can sign up for as they are a fun way to compete with yourself, which for me has been the key to consistency - competing with myself and seeing my progress along the way. The app to sign up for classes and track your workouts is great too. I plan to be a member for life!

    Classes for everyone's schedule available. Coaches teaching the classes are all very friendly and they explain everything you need to know so you can understand what's going on. First class free. I recommend everyone try them once even if your already on a work out schedule you won't regret it..

    I love Northside Orange Theory! The coaches motivate me to do my best and they are overall very wonderful. I enjoy being able to show up and not have to plan my own work out. There’s a wide variety of class times to fit everyone’s schedule. I always leave feeling so good and happy that I went! I definitely recommend giving OTF a try.

    I love that I can show up and not have to think about what to do during the workout. I just get to put in the work, and everyday is different. I also like when the coaches specifically encourage each of us when we push ourselves a bit harder during a push or all out increasing the speed/intensity. I am super motivated by the color of my heart rate on the screen!

    Super friendly staff, knowledgeable, and actually care about you! They also remember your name, which is awesome. Workouts are always at your speed and modified. Which if you are just getting back on that horse of going to the gym again, is super helpful. But once you get past that very much designed to always get your heart rate up and sweating a ton! You will not be unsatisfied if you decide to make orange theory your normal gym!

    I would not recommend going to orange theory. They over charged me every month for glitches in the app. They provided little to no support. Any way they can squeeze money out of customers they will. When I originally signed up they said they would support issues like this and never did. I have never heard back from higher ups when I had to elevate my concerns. My friends have had similar experiences. I would say go elsewhere where for group work outs that care about their customers.

    This is a fun place for a group workout. The coach was very energetic and the facilities were clean. You can go at your own pace but still get a well-rounded workout.

    I love this place so much, it’s my favorite gym ever ( not exaggerating). I feel stronger and healthier since I’ve been attending the classes. And working out in a group makes it even more motivating. I’ve seen results in just a couple of weeks. If you’re a person like me who procrastinates when they go to the gym, these trainers won’t give you a minute to be lazy, they will challenge you.

    I love OTF. The staff is nice and all the coaches are great! Everyone takes the time to get to know your name and greet you. Workouts are tough but do-able for all fitness levels. Sometimes I will also do the lift45.

    I love that all I do is show up. The instructor(s) tell you what to do. You do it. Bam you're done! Bonus ... Quality of life is better, my spirit is strengthened, my mood is lifted. I feel accomplished.
