I
love
OrangeTheory
more
than
any
other
workout
routine
I've
ever
done,
I've
never
experienced
faster
results
and
I've
only
been
a
member
for
less
than
4
months.
When
I
say
results,
I'm
not
necessarily
talking
just
about
fat
loss.
A
reduction
in
body
fat
percentage
is
of
course
a
result
of
the
OrangeTheory
method
and
consistently
showing
up,
but
there's
so
much
more
a
person
can
gain.
We
live
in
a
world
where
everyone
seems
to
want
an
instant
fix
or
a
magic
pill
for
health,
but
that
doesn't
exist.
Health
and
wellness
can
only
come
with
consistency
and
I
think
it's
only
sustainable
when
you're
in
it
for
something
more
than
the
size
of
your
waistline,
at
least
that's
been
my
experience.
I
workout
for
the
mental
strength
and
wellbeing
I
gain.
I
work
out
for
the
confidence
boost
I
get
every
day
I
show
up.
I
work
out
to
have
more
patience
with
my
kids.
I
work
out
to
test
my
own
limits
and
see
how
strong
I
can
get.
I
workout
because
I
want
my
body
to
stay
strong
and
pain
free
as
I
get
older.
And
OrangeTheory
makes
working
out
so
easy!
I
love
just
showing
up
and
having
someone
tell
me
what
to;
I
don't
have
to
think
about
it,
I
just
do
what
I'm
told.
Truly,
every
workout
is
different,
which
is
really
nice
because
you
don't
get
bored
or
start
to
dread
a
certain
aspect
of
the
class.
I
also
really
appreciate
the
science
based
approach
that
OrangeTheory
uses
so
that
everyone
can
feel
like
they've
maximized
their
workout,
no
matter
what
their
fitness
level
is.
I
look
forward
to
the
extra
challenges
members
can
sign
up
for
as
they
are
a
fun
way
to
compete
with
yourself,
which
for
me
has
been
the
key
to
consistency
-
competing
with
myself
and
seeing
my
progress
along
the
way.
The
app
to
sign
up
for
classes
and
track
your
workouts
is
great
too.
I
plan
to
be
a
member
for
life!
