She was not put off at all when I opted to wait. When I returned later she helped me fine tune my search and came up with a nice piece for an anniversary gift. Travis also entered into the conversation and answered some what if questions about making a custom piece for an upcoming milestone anniversary two years out. He and Tami showed me some of his work. I highly recommend Johnson’s! I had several pieces repaired: a vintage platinum ring, a pair of Diamond studs, and three Native American necklaces. Each piece was repaired beautifully. It’s very hard to find a place for silver squash blossom and Navajo pearls to be repaired. I will be a customer for years to come!

I brought in two pieces for repair, my great-grandmother’s antique, handmade brooch, which needed to have the pin re-attached to the frame, and a contemporary silver pin that had lost a piece of the pin assembly. Both were repaired beautifully, in a short period of time and at a very reasonable price. Last year, I had Johnson’s replicate a lost necklace on the basis of a photograph. Again they did an excellent job in a reasonable time frame and at a reasonable price. I recommend them highly.
