I have gone into Zales in the Northtown mall TWICE in the last month, looking for a wedding band to match my ring. Both times, I found what I was looking for and waited for someone to help me. No one ever acknowledged that I was there (either time) where a simple "hello" would've sufficed. Both times I ended up walking away. Absolute horrible customer service.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly, Stephanie assisted us on multiple transactions and she was amazing every time. The prices were just right and we especially enjoy the variety of the discounted sale items. Highly Recommend checking this jewelry store out first.

I really enjoyed my ring I received from my fiancé from there. They had said the resizing would take 2 weeks so I scheduled engagement photos and for a month later. My ring was not revived back until 5 weeks over.. very disappointed with the customer service. Employees said they would expedite The process at the 4 week mark but never communicated with us.

These ladies helped me secretly order the perfect ring. The ring came in and my wife wore it twice and then noted that the pearl had apparently decided to go back to the watery depths. I took the ring back and the ladies were amazing. There was not an issue at all. The lady (I am so bad at names) was fantastic as she gave me my options. I ended up buying a completely different ring which my wife loved even more.

Walked into this store looking for a new wedding ring 25years. And notn1 soul said hi to us.

I bought 3 rings from this place to make a beautiful ring set. I told them before buying anything that they would have to be able to ship them. They said they could no problem. So i bought from them. They had plans to send them after the initial sizing and also had to order the third ring since they didnt have it in store. I told them 8.5 for all 3 rings. After leaving store they would never answer phone to talk to anyone. I felt as though they didnt care now that i already paid them. Then i ordered the rings on oct.29 and got them in a portland store on november 29th but the rings were 3 different sizes so i could only pick up one of them. One ring was 7.5 one was 8.25 and one was 8.5. Now i have to wait 2 more weeks to hopefully have them back fixed correctly. The store ddoesnt carry rings past a 7.5 so i never actually even got to try my rings on before buying them. They only care until you pay and then after that you are just a problem they dont want to deal with. Beware getting from a store you cant physically go in and talk to them because this store just wont answer the phone. Very disappointed with this whole process. But the rings are very beautiful

Our salesperson was so attentive & helpful. It's not easy to make a jewelry purchase - a lot of thought, attention & expense goes into those gifts. She made it an enjoyable experience & even set up a saved list of likes for future trips that they can pull for us to make things faster & easier.

Horrible service at north town mall zales. Manager had us waiting and never helped us. Never coming back.

Absolutely love this location, I drive 30 minutes to go to this one over the valley location a mile from me because it's so much better. At the valley the representatives talk down to me because I'm younger but then immediately try to suck up and have better service the second they realize I'm buying jewelry. I think they should atleast be nice to everyone regardless like this location is! The people here are so helpful and aren't just trying to gouge your wallet for as much as they can.

Went to buy a gift for my wife’s birthday. I was assisted by Thomas, the best customer service I’ve experienced. He was friendly, went that extra mile to find the correct box and gift wrap it. All the while talking to me and letting me know what’s going on. Well done Thomas and Thank You so much!! I will definitely be back.

I know the few weeks leading up to Christmas can be exhausting but there are still basic customer service behaviors that come naturally to someone in retail. I came in to pick up a ring that was sent off for service and the heavy set lady (I really did not want to say that but she was not wearing a name tag so I’m not sure how to identify her) did not even acknowledge me or any of the 3 other people waiting for service. A simple welcome in is all it takes. I was waiting for a few minutes and she finally asked the younger girl working to help. This girl had not even looked up from whatever she was doing since I walked in so obviously she had no idea what order the people waiting were in. She helped the first person she saw which was not the order. I assume she is new because she had trouble finding what the customer needed. I am giving her the benefit of the doubt and based on her age she probably just needs more time to develop better customer service skills. Another few minutes passed by and Thomas finally surfaced from the back area. His service was a 5 star because he was attentive, friendly, and eager to help. He said he just finished his lunch break which would answer why he wasn’t out earlier. I know the holiday season is a great time to boost a companies sales but Zales needs to evaluate their employees especially during the peak hours. I saw at least one customer walk out due to lack of service while I was there. Who knows how many more people walked because of the two ladies poor customer service.
