๐Ÿ˜  This was absolutely disgusting.๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ. Ordered two Ramens and the build a bun. Both completely gross. Nasty flavor and you can tell no love has been put into this food. They charged 47 bucks for two people. The food was so gross we left it on table and walked out. Huge disappointment. People often mention noodles, good, broth, ordered, sauce, order, smoked, flavor,

Update: Contacted and refunded by the owner with an explanation. Hoping to give it another try when supply issues end. Disappointed! Was really looking forward to trying and after seeing a FB post on Pho kits I thought it would be a good chance. I called in the order and the gal on the phone seemed at bit hesitant to tell me kits were available and then said she could put one together and would be ready in an hour. I ordered it for 2 with Sake and when I picked it up I was shocked it was $54.00! The "kit" seems much more expensive. $14 for one Tri Tip Pho X 2 is $28 plus 2 Sake is $54? And as far as the Pho, no sauces, broth was not frozen as posted, salty and lacking that velvety texture Pho has, barley enough beef for 2, Fettuccine style noodles that fell apart and pre shredded coleslaw cabbage mix from a bag? Calling it a Pho kit is odd when it's basically Pho to go like any Pho joint only poorly executed. We wanted it for New Years eve dinner and much like 2021, it was a depressing let down.

How do they pack so much flavor into such a tiny space?!!! The food is delicious, we really appreciate all of the options. Kara, (chef/owner) is a wonderful human who has surrounded herself with a great team! If you are looking for a Pho-ntastic experience in Spokane, without a doubt, Little Noodle is your place!

Cute little place with an Asian inspired menu. The food was tasty and flavorful, and the service was good. Portion sizes were on the smaller side. It was super busy, and it took a while to get our food. Also, it seemed a bit disorganized as staff at times was confused on which tables ordered which food.

Very authentic flavors. Went to try soup dumplings, but what we got was not what I expected. There was no soup in them. Got the pho as well with smoked chicken. It was delicious. We were just passing through, but I'd definitely go back if I were in the area again!

Great atmosphere. Interesting food. You go to this place if you want to try something different. A different version of asian dishes. If you want regular food at regular prices this may not be your place.

The cutest little restaurant with a big personality! I got a vegan wrap (the one with a catchy name) and smoked tofu spring rolls to go. It was a delicious late lunch! Although not a plant-based-only restaurant, they pride themselves on many vegan offerings. Very thoughtful. I can't wait to return with my family! The smoked tofu masubi is next to try!

Found them on google maps Looking for pho. When I saw the place I was able omg. This place is so cute! I love all the decor. The People are sweet. I got ramen ๐Ÿœ I'm a big fan of ramen โค๏ธ. Also pho but the ramen look really good. It was one best veggy ramen I had in very long time. Pack with so much flavor ๐Ÿคค๐Ÿคค. I love firm ramnen noodles. The smoke tofu was so good. Everything pair well. I total recommend this place.

Its the definition of a hidden Gem. From what I've found: Food that's not fresh is much easier to be consistent in flavor. Each time I've gone here the foods just a little bit different which brings much more joy, because I know it's fresh. There are plenty of big bowl pho places that shove a ton of food together to fill bellies for cheaper... but the ingredients is the difference. I am lucky to enjoy this creation of a place as a treat. It's not the cheapest for a reason. . . There are plenty of fast food joints or bars to get your baskets of fried food and fireball shots. This is not one of them. (thankfully) You will feel like 007 as you sip a flaming Pina colda in the speak easy like bar in the back and you will feel like you traveled to a trending whole n the wall place in another country upfront. What you won't feel is what your expecting. So leave those for corporate chains. . . And enjoy the rarity of a true hidden ๐Ÿ’Ž

Been meaning to come here for a minute and was pleasantly surprised when we made it in last week. Young people up front working, what appears to be, a good first job for them, and involved owner who provided excellent table service and no-frills, no-nonses pan Asian cuisine. The build your own bao was fantastic and my wife was enthused about the smoked pork. We also had the cold soba and a smoked tofu musubi, both of which were great. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu.

Truly a rare gem. Each dish was prepared with care and attention and delivered a unique combination of flavors not easily duplicated. If you're in the region it's a must try IMO.

My original to go order had a mistake. It happens, but I went back to get it fixed. She went above and beyond to take care of me. I am very impressed and the replacement food was fantastic. Thank you for how you handled the situation. I definitely recommend them for how it was handled.

Came in on my own for a quick lunch. Counter service. Bus your own. Self serve water and hot green tea. DOGS ARE ALLOWED & they even have a "Pup Plate" meal for your furry friend. Place has a laid back casual vibe. Service is cheerful and not overbearing. Joint is clean and comfy. Ordered the Cold Soba w/ Tri Tip. Delicious. How to eat it: pour the hot broth over the cold noodles and mix everything together--wasabi too! So good, I cleaned my plate. Free parking lot out front. No complaints, will be back!

All our food tasted worse than the instant noodles. Vegetable were not fresh at all. They looked brown how could they service customers food like that? And their price was a lot higher than other places. It would be the first time and last time. Food sanitation seemed questionable as we came out feeling unwell from the food we consumed.

As soon as we walked in I could feel how great the atmosphere was. We ordered food and then went into the bar area. They have a beautiful red couch thatโ€™s super comfy. Hannah was our bartender and recommended the garden Thai party drink. AMAZING. I got the kiss noodles with smoked chicken and they were to die for. I highly recommend this place.

I really wanted to like this place. We ordered online, pho with tri tip, bok choi, & edamame for me and the yaka-mein for my husband. In the allergy notes section of our online order, my husband put "no pork." When we arrived, the staff person let us know they were out of edamame and gave me extra bok choi instead. When we got home and opened our order, mine looked ok, with the exception of the bok choi, which had dried leaves and brown rotting on the stalk. The "tri tip" was just several slices of dry, off-tasting beef (bad enough that the dog got it). Broth was decent if not a little over salty. For his yaka-mein, my husband received a small quantity of noodles with three basil leaves arranged on the top (nothing else) and a container of broth. I don't know if they forgot the beef, egg, and green onions the yaka-mein was supposed to come with or thought that "no pork" meant nothing but noodles...or what. Needless to say, it was not a good experience. I wish I had thought to take a photo of the sad little pile of noodles and little container of broth my husband got - but I was distracted by my rotten bok choi. I intended to contact the restaurant directly about our experience but couldn't find any contact info, so leaving a negative review (which I don't like to do). ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ

Highly recommend. We ordered Kimchi Soup with smoked pork, and Pho with sauteed mushrooms. Both were full of flavors. Great cocktail menu.

Ordering on line is confusing, I guess I assumed sauce would be included with the noodles considering there was a option for extra sauce, but I literally got a pile of chicken next to a pile of bare noodles. Might be just me not understanding the ordering part. However when it came time to pick up the order they told us that a few of the items that we ordered weren't available. I don't understand why they couldn't give is a call when they got the order. I will say that the pile of chicken taste awesome. Just wish there was more to the meal.

Been dying to try this place, finally grabbed lunch. Ordered the Noodle Salad with chicken and asked for buckwheat noodles, thinking I'd get soba noodles. The noodles were gummy and tiny, there was no edamame - highly overpriced for what I got.

I am addicted! Little Noodle is a hidden gem in Spokane. It was difficult to just order one thing, so I ordered seven things and I still wanted more. We ordered the black garlic edamame (it was full of flavor and cooked perfectly with an amazing dipping sauce), shrimp spring rolls (they were done so well and the sauce made the flavors pop), sake clams (I could eat these everyday. The sauce was complex but did not overwhelm the clams), phorrito (this was amazing and the broth was perfection), pho with beef (again, the pho broth was so light, but complex with the flavors complimenting each other) , shrimp soup dumplings (very delicate flavor) and the buddha bowl (the tuna was one of the freshest tuna I have ever had at a restaurant. All the ingredients were seasoned beautifully and did not compete with each other). I met the owner while waiting and she was kind and was happy to explain her story and how Little Noodle came to be. She opened just before COVID shut things down twice and she still survived, and after eating here just once, I can see why. Please don't pass up this place. It's eclectic atmosphere, fun dรฉcor and kind staff only come to a close second to the food. I can't recommend this place enough.

Came here for a friends birthday and we loved it. So small I didnโ€™t even know it existed but inside it has such a fun atmosphere and a really cozy, unique ambience. They have a large selection of cocktails (and mocktails!!!) and some really tasty food ๐Ÿ˜„ Totally will be back!

Loved the atmosphere of this location, great for date night! It's mostly self serve for water and such. Thier system is a little different to say the least. The food was okay, very salty. I got the rice bowl with shrimp, couldn't have the sauce due to soy allergy. We got the spring rolls with shrimp and couldn't have the peanut sauce either due to allergy but husband said it was good with the roll. He got the miso ramen it came with egg noodles and they were pretty firm still. Overall it's a good place for dates. We both agreed the drinks are better than the food. We got the banana bread old-fashioned and a spicy Passion fruit margarita.

The tri-tips were very good. The pho was good but the broth has a slightly sweet taste I didnโ€™t really like. The milk tea was good but the boba were really hard.

Cute space, wanted to love it but the rice bowl came with a warm slaw that didn't land well on my palate, the rice was intermittently crunchy (not in a Bobby Flay happily surprising way), I found a long strand of hair in my bowl toward the end of the meal, and just couldn't come back after those experiences. The Bahn mi was mediocre, very saucy and did not meet the expectation for a lunch that cost $45.00.

Kalbi short ribs were absolutely amazing, the veggie pho in the beef broth was great, too. Canโ€™t wait to come back tp try the rest of the menu.

The food was so delicious!! Their udon kimchi was amazing with super flavorful broth. The peanut sauce was tasty and not too spicy. Definitely a place to check out in Garland district!!
