Extremely poor management you will ever find . I think developing countries have better apartments than this one. Poor quality things are installed everywhere including floors, carpet , bathroom and appliances. The floors are so terrible, the laminate is just glued to the old one that existed. Don’t talk about the pest infestation omg ; mice and roach never ends and so disgusted. Carpets are extremely poor quality and the management never redo or clean . Also the staff is very rude as they never wants to respond in a polite way. They just slap to your face by hunging the phone if you call anything regarding. Water stops without notice in the mornings when people have to go to work . I seriously think they need to do something about all this. I think the head management never cares about the living conditions of the tenants but only wants their money. Shameful to provide this service in 2021

I have been contacting this company for 3 months to find an apartment. You only give out apartments to your friends. if so, don't make an announcement. what kind of scam? They say on the website that a 1-room apartment has become available. You call their office, Katya answers there are no apartments. Later we find out that they gave the apartments to their relatives and friends. Why are you giving false advertisements? Only in your agency there is fraud.

The place is infested with bed bugs, mice, and roaches. The walls have cracks everywhere, including visible mold they dont follow thru the lease agreement either. my place hasn't been painted in more than 6yrs although I've asked numerous times, walls have bunch of holes just spackled white never finished what they started my kitchen is completely falling apart no drawers, no doors also, window shades are falling off they don't bother accommodating you if you are here for a long time they find ways to hurt you by towing your car. They could care less about the safety and well-being of their tenants. if you complain, they ignore you. The buildings are unsafe they have many violations, including cracks in the foundation. The floors are shifting side ways on the first floor. Please save your money and find a better place to live. Regency village garden homes only care about making money off their tenants. Please dont allow yourself to be taken advantage like they are doing to me and so many of my dear neighbors. They are completely unreliable. You can't even feel safe living here. They charge crazy late fees and make you pay additional legal fees. If you miss just 2 month's rent, it's simply not worth living here and only getting worse each year.

We call the office to talk to maintenance GUY that is always sitting on the computer, he never picks up the phone. We call for emergencies durning the weekend when office is closed for example we call for toilet handle broken or toilet not flushing, he tells us to wait for the next day (monday) and to call the office and talk to the girls at the office and make the complain to them. Unprofesional worker he should not be on emergency calls if hes not going to do his job. This is not the first time we call for emergencies and he doenst show up always tells us to wait til the office is open.

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! They tow your cars for no reason. No 24 hour maintenance . they are really rude here if you have a complaint they ignore you DO NOT MOVE HERE. Rats And roach infestations some people have dogs and the walls are so thin you can hear all the barking every day

Don’t move here, terrible place to live, people slash your tires they also steal car body parts the cameras don’t even work they never do, some of the maintenance guys are very rude, neighbors play music or make a lot of noise at midnight when your trying to get some rest so you can wake up in the morning to go to work

If I could rate this place zero stars I would, I tried applying to an apartment and for three weeks they couldn’t figure out a “glitch”. No one could help me or give me answers. Half the time they wouldn’t even respond to our messages. This place is dysfunctional and has the nerve to still list apartments on websites knowing full well they can’t even get the application to go through. Horrible experience and even worse “customer service” if you’re looking for somewhere to live this isn’t the place. THEY DON’T CARE
