Awful
service.
The
waitress,
who
appeared
to
be
the
acting
as
the
lead
needs
to
go
through
customer
service
training
or
find
another
industry
to
work.
After
I
patiently
waited
to
place
my
to
go
order
(15
minutes),
there
was
a
waitress
struggling
on
the
cash
register
to
take
the
2
people
ahead
of
me,
once
she
finally
figure
out
the
register
(never
acknowledged
that
I
was
standing
in
line)
walked
away.
Then
the
acting
lead
ask
me
to
move
aside
to
ring
a
customer
out.
Once
she
cashed
that
customer
out,
she
asked
me
have
I
been
helped,
I
politely
said
no,
she
said
the
2
customers
sitting
at
the
counter
were
ahead
of
me,
not
a
problem,
because
I
saw
them
sitting
at
the
counter
when
I
came
in
the
restaurant.
The
problem
came
when
she
left
the
register
went
to
wait
on
other
customers.
The
cook
had
to
ask
me
what
I
like
to
order.
Still
waiting
at
the
register
to
pay,
she
ask
what
I
wanted
to
order,
after
informing
her
the
cook
had
already
taken
my
order
and
started
to
cook
my
order,
she
rudely
said
he
doesn’t
take
orders,
that
she
does.
I
have
visited
the
store
on
several
occasions
and
they
were
short
staffed,
but
gave
good
service.
I
wish
she
was
wearing
a
name
tag
so
I
could
have
reported
her
to
the
corporate
office.
My
visit
was
on
8/21
at
12:30
p.m.
The
cook
not
only
took
my
order,
gave
me
my
order,
he
also
served
orders
to
a
couple
that
had
been
waiting
for
awhile.
The
food
was
good.
