Customer service was good fodd fresh.

Awful service. The waitress, who appeared to be the acting as the lead needs to go through customer service training or find another industry to work. After I patiently waited to place my to go order (15 minutes), there was a waitress struggling on the cash register to take the 2 people ahead of me, once she finally figure out the register (never acknowledged that I was standing in line) walked away. Then the acting lead ask me to move aside to ring a customer out. Once she cashed that customer out, she asked me have I been helped, I politely said no, she said the 2 customers sitting at the counter were ahead of me, not a problem, because I saw them sitting at the counter when I came in the restaurant. The problem came when she left the register went to wait on other customers. The cook had to ask me what I like to order. Still waiting at the register to pay, she ask what I wanted to order, after informing her the cook had already taken my order and started to cook my order, she rudely said he doesn’t take orders, that she does. I have visited the store on several occasions and they were short staffed, but gave good service. I wish she was wearing a name tag so I could have reported her to the corporate office. My visit was on 8/21 at 12:30 p.m. The cook not only took my order, gave me my order, he also served orders to a couple that had been waiting for awhile. The food was good.

We walked through the door we were greeted by the whole crew. The atmosphere was typical for Waffle House. Menu a lil sticky but why are looking at it as if anything on there changed. Table was cleaned but the floor was a lil dirty. My feet didn’t stick to the floor so I was okay with that. We were briefly greeted by a fly and roach which both ventured off to their designated area and somehow knew to stay away from customers and food. Our waitress Latresha was nice and made great conversation. Our only complaint would be the food. The young woman making the waffles had no business on them. Never in my entire life have I seen an employee at Waffle House mess up a waffle. Most were burnt mine was undercooked. My hash browns were also burnt. My steak was cooked perfect which rarely happens. Overall I would return maybe skip getting a waffle if ole girl is on em.

Food was very good and very hot I appreciate that. As you can tell I finished my plate. Today was good customer service. I had no problems so I will come again.

Disorganized mess. The manager was yelling at them to greet everyone that comes in, after only half greeted me. I was fine with not being greeted by every single person (which would have felt weird anyway), but correcting them in front of customers wasn't the right way to handle it. That wasn't the only time management "scolded" them in front of customers either. Ten minutes after I started eating, I had to remind them to bring the other half of my order. Instead of just getting the rest of my order, my waitress just kept trying to figure out who brought my order to me. She asked me and 3 other people. I just wanted my food, she was trying to place blame. When I finally received the rest of my order, it wasn't the way I ordered it. I also never got a refill on my drink that sat empty for a long time. Worst experience I've ever had at a Waffle House. Close to the worst restaurant experience I've ever had.

My husband and I were in a crunch for time and were looking for a place to stop for a bite to eat on our way to pick up the kiddo. Waffle House was the spot!! Nice and quiet, not crowded at all. Service was great and quick! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Price was not bad. Overall a very nice experience.

I was disappointed because I ordered online, and when I got there, my order was not ready. They did not even know I ordered. One of the servers asked if I was sure this was the correct restaurant before they checked the online orders. I pulled out my phone to show my order. Then, someone checked the online orders and printed my ticket. So, I had to wait another 25 minutes for my order. Could you please train your team to check for orders prior to investigating the customers? There were too many workers behind the counter for this type of confusion. One server commented that she's been there since 9 p.m., and it was after 12 noon when I showed up. I didn't need to know that.

It's waffel house - its dirty but the food us good... cons. Flies, the sweet tea taste like the pot has never been clean. The sprite had no flavor, there was a random moldy sausage smell coming from the kitchen. Pros Best grits ever!!! 😋 the food was good. Or server was 👌🏾 awesome. And the bill was good 👍🏾
