They took my order wrong.... for starters. It was corrected at check out. An insane amount of Mayo and 1/2 of a HARD chicken... that's what I was given. Veggies were thrown on the side. Am I a dog? I'm sure you're tired and it's busy, but come on. I also didn't get the sauce for my kids chicken nuggets and the Coke I asked for was a Dr. Pepper. 🤦🏻‍♀️ How can you get so many things wrong?

Avoid this location like the plague. It took 35 minutes from the time we placed our order until the time we got our most of our food (one adult, three kids). We were missing two orders of fries. My son tried to get ketchup and waited at the counter, literally hanging over it, but no one would address him. The drink machines were turned off. Every surface was sticky. The staff, while I’m certain we’re overwhelmed, did not seem to have the slightest sense of urgency or embarrassment. I’ll never go to this location again - you’re probably better served going to the Chic-Fil-A across the street.

This McDonald's suck,s they took about 1 hr to give us our meal, then my son went to get a cup of water and he said they were ignoring him and they were not busy. Then I got up to get the water that they didn't give my son and they were ignoring me too. There were 2 fat black guys and a skinny black girl just standing there not doing nothing but staring at me even though I'm asking for the water. Finally I asked a skinny black guy with curly Afro hair gave me the water. This McDonald's service is very bad they are lazy and they were laughing and joking while asking for the water. They madee very upset and I didn't like the way they treated us. They need to fire all of them and hire new people, it's very ghetto people working there.

My fries was extra soggy and had a bunch of brown crumbs on them!

This location is HORRIBLE!!! First of all they didn't have anything but nuggets including no ketchup or barbecue sauce. When I got my order the fries was ice cold so I wasn't back around and asked for some fresh ones. They literally put them in some grease took them out and gave them to me. So greasy I couldn't eat them. Not to mention the manager was standing right there at the drive thru. Save your money and time because you will definitely lose both at this location they definitely don't give a damn about their customers!!

This is one of the busiest McDonald's I've ever seen. They are busy all hours of the day. Even though they are so busy, they still are reliably fast. Efficiency is important and that they are. The employees seem happy that's another thing i noticed. Maybe not happy to be at work but happy to be alive, and that's what counts.

The staff is super friendly and attentive. Perhaps I caught the store on an off day, but after watching 3/4 of my order sit on a counter for 5-ish minutes waiting on a forgotten burger with no heat lamp, getting home and finding $8 of my $40 order missing, and now ice cold after a 4 minute car ride, I cannot recommend this store. If it wasn't for the staff, I would have given them 1 star. Hopefully, it was a fluke and YMMV.

The worst is location I ever been to horrible don’t even know why this location is open took extremely long to get my food about 35 minutes and not even all the food came out together came out separately. Frappe’s are not even a frappe, getto loud manger straight hood rat only seen one professional worker there. She is a young Caucasian woman. She had a little bit of a stutter , but that does not matter. She was the only one that I that was professional, sweet great customer service everyone else was horrible. Don’t even know why this location is open. One employee women came in with her daughter I guess she called out of work. But she still showed up at the job. She had a McDonald’s shirt on and she was yelling across the front Desk having conversation with the workers loud and ghetto.
