Driving back from airport and craving for some desserts and found this branch on Google and definitely did not disappoint. Was going to the one down the street on Greens Rd but they did not have enough chefs and the wait was over 40 minutes. Food was amazing. We had the Turkey melt sandwich, Oreo waffles & Strawberry waffles. The turkey melt was outright tasty. Grilled tomatoes coupled with avocados, bacon and cheese on healthy whole grain bread. The waffles with whip cream were crispy and savory. The side onion rings were also superb; small enough to not overfill and make us a felon of gluttony. Would especially like to recommend our waitress, Melany. She was not only extremely attentive, her memory was impressive. Melany remembered our order without even writing a word down. We could tell she was tired but she still was upbeat and pleasant. All waitresses should strive to be like her. She definitely make our experience a joy. Will definitely come back to this branch if coming this way. Keep up the good work Melany and iHop Cypress Houston Texas!

Pretty good service. Waitress was friendly and food was good as it typically is from IHOP. Went at 2 am so it service was fast.

Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Isis W. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was at capacity, and she was fantastic! I appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our table of 4 adults and 4 children with a perfect display of relaxed competence. She was very respectful and patient as well. The food was just as fabulous, as the service. Well done Isis! Can’t wait to visit again!!

I like my Oreo milkshake, but rest of the food l don't like it at all. Appetizer was way overpriced and chicken tenders were not fresh. I ordered grilled tilapia, but no taste at all. Burger was alright, better than tilapia, but still taste not good as it looks. Fries is the only thing not bad. Also, the waitress is really friendly, that's why l give it 3 stars. Perhaps l ordered the wrong food, but don't think will come back anymore.

Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was decent temperature. We spent $70 for food for 2 adults and one child.

Our server was GREAT and on top of her tables! Management and the kitchen staff along with the other servers were NOT! We waited and HOUR for our food and the place wasn't overly packed. Problem was the kitchen staff making that server's tables wait unnecessarily for lukewarm food. We watched our server keep asking for our food. The work environment amongst some of the workers is that of BULLIES! If the other servers weren't standing around gossiping so much, they too would get tables to service. Management and do your job or you'll constantly have a "Now Hiring" sign on the door!

We were greeted immediately at the front door. Excellent service the waitress Isis was beyond awesome, and didn’t let our cups go empty. She offered refills every time our cups got low and even explained the reward system to us. Very dedicated young lady. Excellent breakfast and food. Good place, parking, very clean restaurant.

Food was decent, much like home cooked, but the strawberries on my crepes were still frozen. Service is friendly and a great place if you want good coffee and breakfast anytime of the day.

Our waiter (curly hair with glasses, sorry I didn’t get his name 😕) was very nice and polite. It was also nice seeing the other employees being nice and helping each other out. Very friendly atmosphere! I gave 4 stars bc the food was just okay. Pancakes were a bit burnt

The food was not too good and the service was worse but I do have to say that I did meet 2 other waitresses who were very friendly and helpful and simply for the kindness they showed me when I was not feeling very well I would go back.

Nox, our server made all the difference in the world, friendly, attentive, and a great sense of humor. Thank you for your service. Cooks please follow requests made by customers so the server doesn't have to go back and forth.
