Overall experience was great. Scott was awesome and very kind. The only concern was the wait in my room. I think I was sitting for about 20-25 minutes. I don’t think there were many patients since there was only one car in the parking lot. I heard a lot of laughing & talking which is fine but from a patients perspective, it was frustrating especially when you don’t feel well.

I looked On Demand and saw you need an appointment which I couldn’t because there were no available appointments. I didn’t understand that since I was told to just walk in. I did walk in and then was told I needed appointment. She gave me an appointment for 6:45. This was at 4:30. I had to go back home and return. My question is why not have all the appointments open online! Other than that the service was awesome. From the receptionist to the Nurse to the Doctor my visit was fine.

Was hard to talk to someone as there was never an answer. Said to go to online but that did not tell me anything that I needed to know and no place to make an appointment. My daughter finally went there to personally make an appointment for me! Was taken care of right away and the Covid snd flu tests were done. I like the place but not very good in taking calls or making on-line people friendly. When I arrived, the receptionist’s phone did not ring at all and I had tried several times calling and it just rang and rang! Thank you

This was not a good experience and I ended up going to a different urgent care and the doctor there understood what I was going through. Usually I don’t have a bad experience here. This was limited to the doctor I saw. I have chronic illness with pain - something that I’ve dealt with for many years and she treated me like I was just there for basic GI symptoms. One of my kids were with me and when we left she said “why was that lady so mean? She kept interrupting you and talking over you.” To which I said that she was right and the doctor’s behavior wasn’t okay annd we’d be going somewhere else. Obviously there’s an issue if even a child sees the disrespect.

I would highly recommend going here. Staff was very professional and friendly. Took time to listen to my concerns and quickly came up with a plan to treat me. I was in and out in under an hour. Reserving a spot on-line was great.

Good and friendly service, nice Doctor and facility. But really long waiting times despite making an appointment. (1 Hour behind) No water etc for Patients, this could be improved.

From the receptionist to nurse to Cindy, the PA, my visit was awesome. Greeted with warmth and efficiency. Intake done with caring, listening, and precision. P.A. was knowledgeable, truthful, asked and answered questions. My medical needs were met and I left with confidence. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience here on a Sunday when my doctor office was closed, and afterward I found out they bill as a primary care doctor would, not as an urgent care copay! The PA that saw me was very thorough and came up with a great plan that resolved my issue quickly. Overall very satisfied, I will return in the future if the need arises.
