I am so happy with the care and attention I receive from this facility. Dr. Fisco is a fantastic doctor. Respectful, professional, and explains treatment plans and medications clearly. It isn't difficult to get an appointment for blood work or a visit. There is also a patient portal for questions or refill requests.

My husband had blood work completed. My husband repeated over and over to be sure that the blood work is billed under preventative services not outpatient since he was getting a physical in a few days. We received the EOB for the blood work and it states outpatient instead of preventative. I contacted my insurance and they assured me all blood work that my husband had done is preventative and it is paid for 1 x a year. When we received the EOB is shows outpatient blood work not routine or preventative ( which this blood draw is for). You need to pay attention to your EOB's at this facility because they mess up every time. We do not owe anything on routine blood work. Response to your text: The billing is incorrect because this was Preventative blood work. Our UHC plan states preventative blood work 1 x a year - coverage 100%. You billed it under diagnostic - he was not diagnosed at the time of his blood work.

I have been under care of Dr Fisco for about 10 years. Always found him very friendly yet professional. I am extremely happy with the practice and glad I found his practice when we moved here in Ohio.

Kind and competent service from the receptionist , Med Assistant and Dr Fisco. Dr Fisco sits down and listen's, talks to you as if you are the most important patient to him.

I have had a great experience as a patient here. I see Chelsea Ferree and she has taken great care of me. She’s very knowledgeable. I came to her as an unhealthy diabetic and she has gotten me in much better health and I now feel great. I’ll always be a patient here. Highly recommend.

Dr Webb and the staff at Family Health Center in Springboro are fantastic health care pros. I am so grateful that I lucked into finding a primary care doc who not only excels in the intelligence/problem solver department, but who also has the 10/10 bedside manner to match (a rare find in my experience!). Dr Webb has the patience of a saint, is an excellent listener, never seems rushed/flustered, and has managed my care competently and effectively. Quite honestly the best doc I've ever had. Misc: they do have an online patient portal for those who like the convenience, and of course the ability to ask questions via message instead of calling. Set/change appointments, etc. I don't know if they're accepting new patients or not but with open enrollment season upon us this would be a great time to call and ask! If Dr Webb cannot see you they do have other docs in the office, and if the other practitioners are even 3/4th as good as Dr Jeffrey Web DO you will be glad you chose Family Health Center. I saw Kelly Holt, RN, CNP today as a new patient. I am very happy. She spent time & really listened to me. The staff was great. No wait at all. My former PCP retired. I am really satisfied to have a new primary care professional I feel really good about.
