Dr.
Olsen
and
his
team
were
AMAZING!
I
had
to
have
my
wisdom
teeth
removed
and
one
of
them
was
very
difficult
as
it
was
sitting
on
a
nerve
and
the
area
surrounding
it
was
infected.
They
made
me
feel
nice
and
calm
prior
to
the
procedure
and
were
super
kind
to
my
husband
and
I.
The
only
problem
I
had
during
my
surgery
was
I
don't
think
I
had
enough
sedation
in
my
IV.
I
felt
the
pain
off
and
on
several
times
of
them
grabbing
my
wisdom
teeth
as
well
as
giving
me
injections.
I
remember
hearing
them
react
to
my
pain
a
few
times
saying,
"Try
and
relax"
or
"It's
almost
over".
However,
my
sedation
level
might
have
been
my
own
fault.
When
asked
if
anyone
in
my
family
had
issues
with
IV
sedation,
I
mentioned
my
mom
has
the
problem
of
waking
up.
What
I
meant
to
say
was
that
she
has
a
problem
with
waking
up
DURING
the
procedure,
not
FROM
it.
I
wonder
if
this
might
have
been
misunderstood
and
I
was
in-turn
given
a
lighter
dose.
Again,
I
don't
blame
them
for
that,
though.
Just
make
sure
you're
clear
with
them
about
your
concerns!
A
few
days
after
my
teeth
were
pulled,
I
had
severe
pain
where
the
"problem
tooth"
was.
Dr.
Olsen
left
me
his
cell
phone
number
and
I
was
able
to
call
and
text
him
despite
the
office
being
closed.
He
was
SUPER
helpful
and
I
was
able
to
get
in
the
next
morning.
Apparently,
that
area
had
continued
being
infected.
A
woman
there
(I
forget
her
name)
took
care
of
me
and
plugged
the
hole
with
medicated
gauze
and
gave
me
instructions
on
how
to
further
care
for
the
pain.
She
was
great
and
after
a
few
hours
I
felt
so
much
better!
I
even
went
back
in
a
few
days
later
when
the
gauze
came
out
to
make
sure
everything
was
looking
good
and
they
got
me
in
right
away.
These
people
are
some
of
the
best
doctors
I've
ever
encountered.
I
wish
all
health
offices
were
like
them!
Will
100%
continue
seeing
both
the
Springboro
and
Dayton
branches
for
further
dental
needs.
