The office is clean, the receptionist is nice and pleasant. The dental assistant establish rapport with patients and do a great job on cleaning my teeth. Dr.McDonald is precise, professional and knowledgeable . I highly recommend Clear Creek Dental Associates!

I found this office through my dental insurance and was pleasantly surprised! I have had bad dental experiences else where and from the moment I walked in I was greeted and put at ease. Everything was explained in detail as they treated me and nice friendly team! My dental issue was resolved fast and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. 5 🌟

Would leave zero stars if I could. I never even visited this dental office because I couldn't get ahold of a real person to schedule an appointment. I called twice, several days apart, and left a pleasant voice message with my intentions (new patient looking to set up a cleaning) and contact information. The third try, days later, I finally reached someone. She said she was transferring me to the front desk for scheduling. I was on hold for a couple minutes, then the phone rang a few times before I reached a voicemail.once again. I again left my information and reason for calling, and this time I mentioned it was my third attempt. This was days ago and I have STILL not received a call. I called someone else and had an appointment scheduled in five minutes. Don't waste your time. Unprofessional.

The work done was fast and very good but I thought the dentist was a little sarcastic. I ask the assistant if she will send me a bill or how do they handle the insurance because I have never received anything in the mail from them. The doctor passed and said, “ we aren’t a bank”. I didn’t know if he was being rude or just had a bad sense of humor. Apparently I was suppose to have received a bill in the mail but I did not. I owed them money from the last visit. I paid everything I owed them right then of course. He is a good Dentist but his remark was uncalled for and embarrassing when I found out I owed them money. I don’t think I want to go back there.

We have enjoyed the highest quality service from Greg McDonald and his staff for 25 years. We trust him implicitly.

I had a temporary crown installed today. The procedure was pain free and very effective. It saved me from a bigger root canal procedure. 4 thumbs up.
