I love this place. Great staff, nurses and doctors. They listen carefully and are thorough. You can even get what they prescribe you at their pharmacy at great prices if yours is closed. They are open later as well. Mike

Staff was SUPER friendly! Also was very quick! Got in and got out fast. They have the ability there to take an x-ray which is a big help sometimes. We would recommend this urgent care!

I came in with a very painful infected cyst. I am new to the area and don't have a Primary Care Physicisn. This clinic provided great care. They treated it medically and prescribed an antibiotic. The clinic crew were efficient, helpful , professional and thorough. I felt so cared for and they offered to refer a Primary Care Doctor for me.

Came in because i wasnt feelong well. I was there with kids and wife. They Did a fantastic job and explaining tome what's going on with me and the next steps. The entire time the NP and nurse were very clear, direct and comforting.

I’ve been here three times. Every time I have come, they have been patient and friendly with me. The rooms are always clean, and staff is patient-centered. I was in a patient room within 5 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Just a heads up, though, bring a card for payment because they do not do cash as payment currently. I imagine that the reason is for employee safety. After three consistently positive experiences, I can say this is my urgent care of choice when going to my primary care physician is not an option.

Had a great experience here. They were short staffed, yet still faster than most doctors offices. The ladies were super kind and pleasant!

Very convenient and clean facility. Friendly and caring staff. Listened to my needs and did appropriate tests. Results were received the next day as they explained they would. Exam was thorough and treatment was explained clearly. Also got in at exactly the time I had reserved. One of the nicest urgent care facilities I have been to.

This healthcare facility was very efficient with my time and care. I read the reviews and went right away. Everyone exceeded my expectations. I explained my symptoms and concerns and the doctor addressed each issue of concern and facilitated the proper medical testing and treatment. I’m very grateful and thankful for the service and support received. I will definitely return to this location for any/all urgent care needs in the future. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit this location for your urgent care issues.

This was my first time visiting this Urgent Care. It was such a great experience, this is the only place I will go from now on. Every staff member was courteous and professional. They have great knowledge, they are good listeners, and they seem to genuinely care about the patients. A+++

Woke up this morning to schedule abdominal pain. The whole process has been so efficient since every since they change process. I remember in the past waiting in a room filled with sick/ill people for 45 mins to an hour. The check in has become very easy and the staff very helpful and caring.

Very nice, efficient & quick. My only complaint is when I read the notes from my appointment on MyChart, there was a lot of information provided that was not asked of me. For example, it stated my pain was 3/10 and mild. No one ever asked me that and that is not what my pain level is/was.

I had a small mishap lol, they got me in and out. All the colleagues were very nice and professional.

They were super nice! I had a bad laceration so they made time for me even while booked all day. They made it quick and easy and they respond quickly. Would definitely recommend the care here!

Great precautions, and speedy care. Took everything I had to say into account and treated me appropriately. I hope that I will start to feel better soon. You should really give the nurse practitioner a raise. She has impeccable bedside manners and nowadays that’s hard to find.

Even during covid the folks were great to deal with. They were quick thorough and ultimately gave me the correct advise: go to the ER. It wasn't just the advice, but the care and urgency in which it was presented that convinced me the provider really cared.

The nurse practitioner Jen was excellent. Heidi F, needs more training on AIDET. I only know her name, because I made for sure I looked at her name badge. 1st thing she said to me when she walked into my room, she needs to collect my 35$ and sign a consent to treat.

I had a very painful abcess didn't even know if urgent care would treat it. Bedside manner of nurse and nurse practioner Kristi superb. Very gentle comforting numbed drained antibiotic procedure explained so well. Med prescribed I would use Kristi as family practice if she worked in.one BEST possible experience I could have

Came in with sinus pressure. They were very thorough and checked me for Flu, Covid, Strep. I was very concerned because I have no taste or smell but looks like I have a nasty sinus infection. The staff was very friendly, office was very clean. I will go to this location from now on when needing a quick visit.

Super efficient and caring nurse and doctor. Also super clean. Love that I was able to reserve a spot for noon. I arrived a few minutes before noon and was in a room in just a few minutes. Was not even there an hour. I have had to sit all day waiting to be seen at other Urgent Cares so I thought this was a great place for care. Hope to not have to come back but this will be my go-to if needed.

Premier Health Urgent Care was pretty busy the evening I visited, however I felt like I was in and out fairly quickly (especially compared to an emergency room). The facility was clean and bright. The services provided were exactly what I needed and let me get some rest once I got home. The group working at the Springboro office was efficient, thorough, and kept patients moving through. I would definitely revisit this facility, especially after hours.

The nurse and provider were great and professional. They took info and the Penney the Medical provider looked at my concern and I received her medical opinion.

My experience at the Springboro Premier Health Urgent Care was really good. There was no wait. The folks there were kind, efficient and very helpful to me. I would most definitely recommend going there when healthcare is needed!

I had no appointment and arrived at around 7:30PM. They took x-rays of my knee and ankle before my turn so they could be read before closing. Set up with a boot and referral before leaving. All were kind and professional.

The provider did not send my prescription as promised for an urgent medical matter. I wasted three hours of my time waiting only to not receive care. By the time I realized that they didn't send my prescription to the pharmacist, they were closed for the day and I had to go through other means to get my medication.

Great staff, clean environment, terrific availability. Always have a pleasant experience all things considered. Staff is what makes this place stand out though!

This was my first visit here. I was very impressed with the speed of service. We got in quickly and were taken care of right away. All the technicians, doctors and staff we encountered were very professional and kind.

My husband and I came into this facility seeking medical attention for our son who needed stitches. I understand that it was 8:30pm and they were ready to call it a night and close. The lady working desk was not very nice at all. She didn’t ask us any questions she proceeded to tell us everything she could not do. “I can’t X-ray him!” “I can’t numb him!” As a parent I was overwhelmed and frustrated. I told her we were not from Ohio and to please tell us where to go. She sent across the street to a closed medical facility. When you choose medical for your profession you are choosing to put others before you. On the night of June 23rd this urgent care didn’t help us in our time of need. I encourage your employees to seek another profession that makes them love their job. I am disappointed in this urgent care.

I had a great experience in this urgent care. I was treated prontly after I arrived. APRN Jennifer Lawson was very professional, compassionate, and she is far the kindest doctor I ever saw. I was in pain, and she wheeled me out to my car. Thanks Doctor and staff! I feel much better today. It'll definitely go to this place whenever I need to visit one in the future. I always go out of my way to go to either the Premier Health Springboro Urgent Care or Englewood . Today Kristi Dickensheets took care of me and then some. After almost not even going today, I’m glad I went. The staff was fast, courteous and efficient. She had a NP student shadowing her today and I’m glad they are learning from the best. Such a great caring staff at this location.

Absolutely amazing service and care! After being turned away at a different hospital for a workplace injury, we decided to come here for care regarding a dog bite. They had everything checked and out the door within 20 minutes even after all the paperwork and medication request! The staff and nurses were very friendly and understanding as well.

I hurt my ankle which was quite swollen and hurt badly. I checked in online and chose a time to be seen. When I got there I was seen right away. Everyone was friendly and made me feel very comfortable from the time if checkin to the time I left. I had xrays that were taken and read within 30 minutes. I was in and out in just a little over an hour. The medical tech and doctor were both very nice and I felt they genuinelt cared about me and my situation! I would definitely recomend it to others.

Frustrating experience where I had an eye injury and showed up 20 minutes before they closed. The doors were locked because of Covid which I fully understand and the window signage had a phone number to call. I called the number and it played the same call tree a half dozen times with no answer so I gave up. My assessment is that I don’t see where Urgent Care fits this place. There was nothing urgent about this experience and they could care less about my care. If you really have an urgent care need, don’t waste your time with this place.

The doctor I saw today (or maybe she was an NP, I believe I saw Kelsey) was extremely kind and gentle, especially when she saw how anxious I was for the Covid test. I expressed how my previous test had caused severe pain and discomfort and she made sure to be as gentle as possible and walked me through the entire process checking on my discomfort all the while. 10/10 for her bedside manner!

Evaluated & treated for a wrist injury today, Christmas Day. Everyone was wonderful. Treatment was efficient, with all staff taking serious COVID precautions. Quick reading of x-rays by Radiologist at Miami Valley Hospital. I truly appreciate the healthcare providers and their care.

The doc and nurse for questionnaire are super nice and professional. However the nurse who brought me in and did temp measurements is very rude. When I concern that I have to off my mask to do the tongue temp measurement because of COVID and ask options to use a thermo scan, she just ignore it and force me to do it.

I got to the office 10 minutes early for my Covid test but I did not call the office to tell them I was here. The reason I didn’t call is because there was a nurse doing a Covid test on a person In another car in front of me. I thought the nurse saw me so I didn’t want to bother them by calling and saying I was there. At the exact time of my appointment I decided to call and they said “have you been out there” and I said yes but didn’t call because I thought the nurse saw me since I was parked right in front of the other car. The person Who answered the phone said “we don’t know who’s out there for covid test”. I said the only people that park there are people for the Covid test it’s a no parking zone and we’re right in front of your building. Not only that it would’ve taken the nurse two seconds to ask me are you here for the Covid test. She said well there’s a couple people in front of you now. I I only saw one person walk in while I was waiting. To make a short story long I waited 45 minutes for my Covid test out in the car. My advice is to make sure you call as soon as you get there otherwise they won’t service you until you do.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It took a bit to get in due to Covid-19 rules but we were informed of the waite up front. The building was clean. Thank you all for treating my son with such compassion.

I have used this urgent care numerous times and each time I receive treatment from a very professional and caring staff. I am thankful to have this group of people so close to my home and recommend them to anyone looking for medical assistance.

Overall a simple and easy process. Somewhat awkward having to park in the fire lane though to wait on the nurse but overall a positive experience.

My trip to this urgent care started out frustrating - I checked in from the parking lot as the second person in line but didn't hear from anyone for ~25 minutes after checking in. I wasn't in a rush, but was very confused as to if I checked in correctly, if I was supposed to be in my car, etc. When I was finally called in, my whole opinion changed as soon as I saw Brittany Jamison APRN. She was incredible! She seemed to care, she took her time, and she made me feel understood. I went in nervous about why I was there - and left feeling like I had been taken care of, all thanks to Brittany Jamison. I wish I could see her for all of my medical questions!

I went to the Premier Health Urgent Care in Springboro and was treated by Chelsea and NP Brittany. Both we kind, efficient, caring and provided wonderful top notch care. I would highly recommend them for all the reasons I have listed above.

Great care, I had a sewing needle stuck in my toe but didn't know it. I thought it was just a splinter. Xray ordered found the needle and a referral to a foot specialist. Had they not done the xray could have gone very bad.

The staff is very friendly and the wait time is reasonable.

Love that I could schedule an appointment and wait at home till I am needed to be there instead of sitting in a waiting room. Receptionist wasn’t the most friendly. He seemed out out that I had to email a copy of my insurance card. Not sure why I pre registered and verified all information on file INCLUDING my insurance info so not sure why I had to present a copy when I had my drivers license. What a waste of time. Was evaluated quickly by the NP but she didn’t seem overly friendly either.
