Always empty shelves. Sorta wonder if the manager cares as there are always carts, crates, bins, or whatever they call them sitting around the store with products on them or in the isle ways.

Woof. Wait 20 minutes for watery milkshakes, even after they pour excess milk out. Pretty gross.

Customer service is severely lacking. If you are open until 1am then at 12:44am, I expect my Oreo cookie milkshake. Truly a despicable customer experience and I hope the rudeness that my friends and I experienced will be addressed by management.

Called and asked what time they closed and female worker was very sarcastic over the phone. Went at 11pm and did not even make it inside. Group of teenagers went in and were clearly friends with the workers. Group came outside parked near us and started smoking and blasting music outside of car and kicking over garage cans. Workers did nothing to stop it. It made us too uncomfortable to even go inside. Very disappointed.

Milkshake was gucci. Lance was extremely unpleasant on both visits, no smile, very short, very slow and made a routine of slamming things shut. Needs better staff but otherwise not so bad

Ice cream was great and the service was pretty fast for how busy they were. But they were not enforcing people to wear masks and it was really uncomfortable when there was 5 or 6 people not wearing masks or having them down on their chin.

Sometimes me and my friend walk up there and some people look sad and ask 24/7 are you ready, are you ready, are you ready, but this time someone named Kai was very happy, and was very patient with us and he was just awesome and made our day 😊😊

The girls on 3rd shift tonight completely ruinned this place for me! Rude, attitude, eye rolling and cursing about how many customers were there, and half made milk shakes! She needs to be fired!

every now and then me and my friend walk over and get some ice cream. We love it there but usually the workers are pushy and impatient. But today when i went i had the biggest smile. I was served by a young looking man named Kai, he was very nice and patient and i really would go back MANY MANY times just to have his service, he deserves a raise.

Rating just on the ice cream, it's decent. Customer service is a whole different story. Treated very poorly for not understanding their loyalty program and merely asking a simple question in regards to a promotion.

Don’t even bother to go inside.

Delicious, creamy ice cream. Great flavors. Usually just found in gas stations, but there's space to sit down. Worth your time!

Milkshakes good as always

My son really likes their ice cream. The prices are not to bad. But they don't really fill up the cups when you get a shake and the scoops have been small too. The employees is a hit and miss. Some employees are not helpful and are slow.

I'm there daily, sometimes more than once a day. Staff is friendly, store is clean, and they stay pretty darn busy. They run out of certain items frequently. Otherwise, 5 stars.

Love making a stop here on a hot day. There was a line, but that was to be expected on a hot day. They were fast and pleasant. We got 3 shakes and they were great. Plus we got some gas points for next time.

Used to come here as a kid to get ice cream or shakes. They make the best shakes!

So, how about turning the freezer temp up slightly. Every time I get a carton of ice cream from you, it is like granite. It cannot be scooped. Why so cold in the freezer? Really sucks. Makes a mess.
