Staff is super attentive and friendly....food was so good and hit the spot. Southern Fried Chicken plate was just the right choice

This is one of the better locations I have been to. Great service and the food was great. The same ole Cracker barrel atmosphere that everyone loves. Everything we had was great. Mimosas were small but great. One of the few locations I've been to that serve alcohol. The Benny biscuits were great but I think they were a limited time option. My wife loved the French toast that came with the "Mamas breakfast" menu item.

Went, not to eat, but to check out the amazing merchandise section!!! Grabbed some candy and some super cute outfits for the granddaughter. The sales prices were phenomenal and I love their Mr & Mrs wedding decor section. Quality, quality product, from the toys & candy to the jewelry, decor, amd more. Highly recommend checking it out!

Food was 5 stars and service was five stars.. I have 0 complaints... Food was hot and fresh, service was fast, especially for how busy they were, they were slammed and I got my drinks and food in a very timely fashion... First restaurant I have been to in 2 years since, and during the pandemic, that I can give this much credit too... Cracker Barrel, Springdale, AR! What ever system you have going on change nothing! Thanks for the great service and food.

Terrible experience…. Not so much with Cracker Barrel itself but mainly our server. Her name was Venus and she had the WORST attitude of any server I’ve ever had anywhere and was so rude. Took forever to finally come get our order, didn’t ask about refills until we were finished when we were both sitting with empty drinks when our food came. She also limited the amount of pie my boyfriend could order to go which makes no sense and then took 20+ minutes to bring us two slices of pie to go after we were finished eating? Not okay. We come here often and I normally get chicken fried steak but got meatloaf this time and all I can say is GROSS. Had no red sauce on it, it was so greasy it was sitting in a puddle and the grease spread all over my plate… so so gross, should not have even been brought out to me like that. But we were sad because we love the cinnamon roll pie and wanted to grab a whole one and they were out! We make the special trip from Fayetteville just to go here. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had sitting in a restaurant.

Incredible hands-on staff and quick service. Food is always amazing every time! They had an issue with their online system and had sent staff home while IT resolved the issue - our online order managed to go through, and the managers themselves stepped up to make the order for us! We were impressed with their hands-on management and consideration towards their staff. Would give more stars if I could!

Ordered the pick 2 and oh yum, it was delicious!! Sweet potato with lots of butter, I don't like it loaded just regular, it was perfect!! And salad with chicken strips tried the new pickle ranch and it was very good!! Would definitely order again!!

The pancakes and syrup with a side of Fried apples next to the fireplace is just the best thing ever :)

We are from Indiana. This was the best expirience at a Cracker Barrel we have ever had! The service was prompt and our waiter kept a good eye on us and made sure we had everything we needed and communicated when he took a break. I got the meatloaf, this was the first time my meatloaf wasn't dry. My side of okra was also warm for the first time. I would highly recommend this place. Our waiters name was Will.

Cracker Barrel is always such a great place to eat. Staff is friendly and does such a good job at customer service. Food is great. Love the variety. Atmosphere us casual. The old country store is always fun to browse through. I think this place is just an American staple. It is located right off the interstate. Easy to find. Open lots of hours to accommodate folks schedules and the prices are very reasonable. You can even order in bulk for holidays.

My food was great my waitress Brianne was awesome, However I was out with my elderly mother showing her the little gift shop that she's never been in before and automatically had a manager followed me around. So I hope that she sees this and understands that yes I am fully tattooed but I'm also a multiple business owner , A home owner, And I was planning on buying my mother something nice from the gift store. But as soon as she followed me pretending to buy deodorant when I asked her how she was doing I decided I wasn't going to spend my money in the gift shop today. Be careful when judging someone YOUNG LADY, you never know who it is your judging.

I love Cracker Barrel food and atmosphere , but today is uncalled for. Our group of 25 entered today. They notified us that everyone was required to wear a mask. Everyone put on a mask, but most didn’t cover their noses. Some of us have breathing problems and can’t cover all breathing organs, but do our best to comply. After a 1 hour wait, they informed us that they couldn’t serve us because of our masks being under our noses. I’ve got no interest in patronizing a two-faced place that will allow their employees to enter without a mask, but will send paying customers away for not having a mask over their nose plus wasting so much of our time. A disappointing experience in a place that supposedly stood up to coronavirus measures in the beginning.

There was a slight wait receiving our meals due to kitchen issue. But issue was quickly resolved and I was ok with it because the food was absolutely delicious! I'll be dining there again soon! Highly recommended if you're craving old fashioned comfort food!

This location has some of the best service of any Cracker Barrel I have been in and I have been in them for several states around... My last visit here the kitchen was off that is the reason for the 3 star on the food. Normally I like most of the things on the menu. I reported the same to the staff on my way out so I am not slamming them without reason, breakfast is hard to mess up (that is coming from someone with 20 years in the military where the only meal of the day you can count on quality is breakfast.) If you haven't tried it yet do so...

Purchased their prime rib roast dinner for Christmas. It was outstanding!!!! Their portions of food were ample and everything was delicious!!! The roast did take longer to roast then the directions stated but well pleased with meal. Our guests stated that they felt they were eating at a 5 star restaurant!

Their maple bacon grilled chicken is the best thing ever with green beans and broccoli! The waitress was very nice and kept our water filled knowing we just got back from a long fun day at the lake. The food came out fast and hot.

I had the old timers breakfast with bacon, biscuit and gravy, and hashbrown casserole. The gravy was almost as good as mom's and the hashbrown casserole was fantastic as always

When we sat down for lunch it took us demanding for forks before we could eat . When we got our tea it was still hot and no ice our food was not very good quality and our service was horrible. The atmosphere was great the shop is cool. We will not be returning which is ashame because it is one of the few places with out mushrooms on the menu so it's one of the few places I can eat out

Stopped in for breakfast w the hubby, both our plates were good, cooked well, Eren our server was fabulous. Didn't love having another table literally on the next side of the lattice wall, wish they had teetered them, and the bathroom floor was so sticky and cld have used some attention. Will try again.

First, I LOVE Cracker Barrel and this one was no exception! One of the things I love about Cracker Barrel is typically we get a similar experience, no matter the location. Service is always dependable, prompt and courteous...and the food is just like home! Personally I had the 4 piece chicken dinner with greens and ocra. It was as expected...great! I like walking through the gift shop too, Always reminds me an old fashion general store. And if you like, they have rocking chairs on the front porch to just sit awhile and visit with family and friends. A nice experience... always!

The atmosphere is very homey. They were very busy. So it was a bit slow on getting the food. The food was great. And will be going back at another time.

I enjoyed my meal here tonight, though they were a little skimpy on the gravy, the waiter was extremely sweet. She was able to get a latte and a piece of pie for my MILs birthday since they didn’t have the meal she ordered. It was clean and the shop was fun. I always enjoy visiting cracker barrel

My mom and I eat at Cracker Barrel whenever we go out together. We both love their breakfast. I don't think we've eaten any meal that wasn't good! The service is great and love the atmosphere.!

I had the fried chicken there and it was very good. All the workers were really nice, but the only downside was our waiter. She was very pushy and always seemed like she wanted us to get done with our food quickly. Overall it is a cool country enviroment.

Can't can't leave the gift shop without buying something. They have a great selection. The food is always good and service is quick and outstanding. It's worth the wait. Wait times are usually about 20 minutes on Sundays and up to an hour on holidays.

It's consistent. if you like home style southern cooking, you like this. Fairly generous portions. Consistent no matter the part of country you're in. Not my favorite style but doesn't mean it's not good.

Very yummy country style American food! Love the pancakes and syrup. Nice gift shop with tons of items for purchase. Great for to go orders as food is made quick and can order online. Overall a great place to eat! Downsides are they need more pickup parking spots, everything (including food & gift shop) is expensive, and it’s a little hard to get back on the interstate.. It’s close to the interstate, but the I49 & Sunset intersection has horrible traffic most of the time.

The customer service was great. We were seated fast. We went during breakfast and Nikita was our server and she was friendly and helpful. The food didn't taste flavorful at all however. It was quite bland. The eggs weren't cooked fully and we're watery. The facility was clean and it's conveniently located.

Food and service we're spectacular! When others are cutting menu options and downgrading food quality, understandably during these tough times, Cracker Barrel has not! Enjoyed it 100% as much as as we have over the last decade. Good job guys!

“BIGGER THAN EXPECTED -TORTUGA GRANDE” I know. It states that overnight is not allowed. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. I have the photos to prove it. Drove in on Wednesday, 21, 2020 at about 7:30pm local time. We park the Bounder + tow dolly + dinghy= 55 ft long, in the back. The regular RV parking spaces are not long enough to accommodate the length of our coach, plus the other stuff. Most of the parking spaces in the back are level, choose wisely. This is one of the biggest CB we have stayed overnight. There is so much space in the back of the CB you can park in all the designated RV spaces. Also, there are several regular parking spaces where you can park. As you walk around the many businesses in the same complex, you will notice many places where you can park. Our take- out food was delicious, and we had everything that was ordered. The app was not working, and we were unable to place the order by phone because they can't accept a credit card over the phone. We can't go inside; so the manager, Marcus, was very pleasant and helpful. He came to the car, handled our payment and brought the food to our car. We certainly appreciated his help and kindness. If you want good food and great service, give Cracker Barrel a try!
