Been to Smile Exchange twice and I had an awesome experience both times. The entire staff is amazing. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a new dentist.

A very accommodating office. The staff is always professional and nice. They show empathy to your needs and situation. My spotlight goes to Asha! She has been my day one since the office opened. She is professional, personable and kind. A wonderful assistant to the dentist. Thank you all for your great customer service!

Today was my first visit to this dentist office 🏬. I called on Monday and was able to get schedule an appointment on Wednesday as a new patient 🙃. The receptionist at the front desk were friendly 😀 and check in was easy. Waiting area was clean and not busy. Once I was called back I was able to get my X-rays 🩻 by Asia and we chatted a little about why I came in today. I was taken into another room where Dr. Schneider came in to review my X-rays and take a look at my mouth 😬. He gave some recommendations and then another Doctor came in to check my gums and do a deep scaling cleaning 🦷. Overall everyone was helpful and friendly. The process was simple and I'm ready to get my recommended treatments done 🤑.

Able to see me quickly and address an issue immediately that I thought would take weeks. Understanding of my desires for the outcome; prompt, professional and friendly. I have a new dental office now, happy to say.

My experience was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly, you can tell that they care about the people who walk through those doors. The tech who did my ex rays was very gentle and talked me through the whole process. The dr showed me the images and explained everything that was going on with my teeth both the bad and the good. It was a lot of good information to help me in the long run when it comes to my oral health. They helped me with a payment plan and I didn’t feel any judgment of not having insurance or being able to afford the services. It was just a pleasant experience overall and I’m happy to be a patient!

I have been having such horrible tooth pain due to needing an extraction. I looked everywhere and my husband found this office for me. I had an amazing experience. You can tell they really care about the well being of their patients. I was recommended to go to a surgeon and they didn’t have availability until January, that’s when Ryann reached out to check on me and my experience. She was an angel. I have been in so much pain for 2 months now and it was affecting my sleeping and eating. She not only toke time to find a new surgeon for me but also helped me to get an earlier appointment. She was amazing ! And I’m am so grateful to have encountered her. Instead of waiting 2 months in agony. I will see the new surgeon on Monday. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism.

Thanks to the dentist for his honest and thoughtful approach to my son's dental care. I am grateful for his decision to avoid unnecessary drilling and for providing a second opinion. It's comforting to know that we're in safe hands with his expertise. I must say, your entire team is exceptional.

This is the best experience I had at a dental office. The staff at the front desk was so helpful and provided all the information I needed about my care. The Dentist and the dental assistant were also great. The provided step by step what I needed and handle my teeth with care. I would recommend everyone to go and experienced this great Care!

They are so patient and informative. They take the time to explain everything and make sure your comfortable. I’m in the process of getting extensive work and they are going at my pace. The facility is so clean and the staff are extra friendly!
