We had a great stay at the Baymont. The rooms were clean, comfy, and the hospitality was superb. My favorite part was the breakfast and the incredible woman who were so kind at breakfast. Angie and Kristy went above and beyond every morning I had breakfast. We will definitely be back in the future since I have more work coming up in Springfield.

You’re a wizard Katelyn! We had an amazing stay here in room 141. She was so pleasant for a late check in and so helpful giving us information before we had to ask about the pool and breakfast and other amenities in the hotel. She also salted the walkway extra for us which was very much appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was a standout and something we enjoyed. The room was clean and well appointed for a room under $100 a night. I will for sure book here again. Thanks Katelyn for making our night better!

Was given a room on first floor and don’t know if it was from pool or cleaning products but the smell was overwhelming it was a clean g product smell. Moved to 3rd floor and had no problems. Girls at front desk was very accommodating. Breakfast was good only stayed one night

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Even the sofa bed was comfortable with a memory foam mattress. The hallways were quiet and breakfast was very good. Loved the pancakes and the coffee was hot and ready! All the staff were friendly and helpful from the desk to the breakfast staff. Will be staying here again.

The rooms were cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Breakfast was ok. HOWEVER they no longer have the hot tub pictured 😔. That was why we chose them over other hotels in the area. Please remove pictures of hot tub so it isn't confusing when looking at hotels online, especially because you can't filter for hot tub on Google, only indoor pool.

Pretty good hotel for the money. Staff was professional and available. Didn't try the pool, but seemed like it was clean from looking. Hot tub was covered over, so not sure if it is still used. Breakfast was a good with some hot options as well as items available to take on the go. Rooms are just ok, but about what I would expect for this price level. I would probably stay here again.

The free Breakfast is fantastic! Hot food was tasty and filling. The Breakfast staff: Angie, Kristina and Vivian ensured every meal item was full and the whole area clean and tidy. I ate more than I planned to as it was so delicious! Thank you so much ladies for getting my day started!

The room was comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly. I did find a flea in my room and when I notified the front desk they instantly moved me to a different room. Overall, really good experience.

Location is nice because it's minutes from multiple food choices and a Walmart. All of the staff are super friendly! It is definitely an older hotel with a few flaws, I had a couple spots of mold in our room next to the bathtub and on the ceiling next to a/c unit, just high condensation areas. Beds were clean and comfy. Our TV didn't have service the first night so it made for an early bedtime. Pool is decent. Breakfast was yummy! We used the stairs most of the time to get to our room on second floor due to the hotel only having one elevator and it was constantly busy. I think the hotel would really benefit with a second elevator and just some cosmetic upgrades. You get what you pay for and the room rate was cheaper.

Best pillows I’ve encountered on my 2 week trip compare to the other places I’ve stayed. The breakfast was also unmatched with their selection and quality. They provided hot options like pancakes, eggs & sausage and cold options like cereal, muffins and fruit.

Staying in this hotel now. The rooms are adequate. The hotel seems to be made out of paper though because you can hear next door, and also people walking around upstairs. Very noisy. It's almost midnight and very hard to sleep because of the people above us. I called the front desk, however the stomping upstairs never stopped. Probably won't stay here again.

I've been here for 2 months and it honestly feels like a second home. Every staff is amazing and fun. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily. Angie the breakfast manager and Kristina with a K makes the best complimentary breakfast around. 5 stars baby, 5 stars.

We came through for a trip, best price, best rooms, hot breakfast. They were nicer and cheaper than any of the other ones we tried 2 hours to find. The front desk lady was amazing getting us in after midnight for one night.

My stay here has been an extended one and absolutely appreciate the Front Desk staff member Kaitlyn she greets me like family every time she’s working. It’s a fantastic thing that the hotel staff can remember name. Absolutely amazing person that you’ve hired believe me! I’m very pleasantly pleased with her comforting personality

The rooms are great, clean, bigger than most. Over all a great value However, I have never been to a hotel with such strict rules for breakfast. My 18 year old had a stomach ache and went down to get a muffin ahead of the rest of us. She was asked if she was old enough to be there. Huh? She can drive a car but can’t get a muffin. Even picking up your own muffin that is wrapped, you have to use tongs or they get upset with you, but the tongs don’t open far enough to get the muffin. One guy that was a guest, was standing there telling people the rules so they didn’t get in trouble. It’s just awkward.

Good value. 4 stars compared to other comparatively priced hotels. Room was clean, shower good, pillows were curious (small and very thick, but not uncomfortable), walking in on someone already staying in a room given to us not so good. Was fixed quickly. Breakfast was good.

Staying at Baymont Wyndham was really nice. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Angie the one that does the preparations for breakfast was great. She was very friendly to our 3 year old grandson Johnny. She showed him some love. ❤️ We would recommend this hotel. Our grandson loved the pool. I even taught him to swim. Please come see for your self what we enjoyed. Be Blessed 🙏
