Went for lunch today at the Springfield bechtle Ave/first street location. There were 2 water leaks occurring from the ceiling. One by the front door and one in front of a corner booth. Both were dripping onto the floor, the lady in front of us waiting to be seated had it actually drip on her. No one was doing anything about the leaks, and just lettung it drip onto the floor and people. The ceiling has chipped and cracked paint with big flakes dropping down onto the floor. We get seated in the bar, husband orders a water, and says no lemon when she asked. She still brought him water with lemons in it. He then ordered a steak medium well with fries and garlicky green beans. They bring him a very well done steak, mashed potatoes, and garlicky green beans. The waitress (who was the bartender) brought the manager over, who literally acted shocked that he was just done with it all. He didn't eat any of it, didn't want a remake, just wanted it taken off the bill. We were there for over an hour, the entire time a table next to us had the last party's food and dishes still on it the whole time, covered in flies. It was such a bad experience to the point we will not be back. It's sad to see it in the shape it's in.

Got take out appetizers from Applebee's. I have to say it was disappointing this time. Got the double crunch wings with sauce on the side. They were not crunchy one bit. The sauce had a good flavor. Got the tomato soup. Pretty good flavor. They forgot our salad. Lucky we caught it before we left so we called and they ran one out to us in the parking lot. The salad was good overall but lacking croutons. The nachos were ok. Pretty salty. Overall I would give them one more chance.

Staff was more interested in chatting amongst themselves than providing service. Ordered the tomato basil soup. The server brought it out, stated it was really hot. I proceeded to take a bite and it was not at all hot…even had cold pockets in the soup. Could not get anyone’s attention. Left all but the two bites of soup. No one asked if everything was okay. Managed to get the check and just left. If you want (at best) mediocre service and food, try this place. If you want to go watch the staff stand around and chat with little to no effort given to patrons, this is your place.

Overall we had a bad experience from the time we arrived until we left. Our grandbaby is allergic to soy, egg & dairy. The waitress told us to use the GF menu. When we looked it up online the GF menu(most of) contained soy. Good we didn't just order off the GF menu. That could of been bad & had to use the EpiPen and an ER visit. As for asking for a highchair we were told she had to use a booster seat in a booth even though we were sitting at a wheelchair accessible booth. We will not be visiting anytime soon.

Decent atmosphere and great food, but 3 stars for service - all 3 of them for our EXCELLENT waiter. The minus 2 is entirely due to some of the longest wait times for food from the kitchen I've had in years for the app, main, AND dessert courses. Maybe someone had called off? Hopefully the kitchen isn't usually this slow. Still, it was great food and the service was friendly!

Was served by Marybeth. She was very friendly and efficient. She was good at anticipating our needs and was super fun. Kept our drinks filled throughout the entire meal without having to be asked. Keep up the good work. 👍

Great food, very reasonable prices. I got a lifestyle bowl and added shrimp, it was excellent. If you're looking for a quiet spot, this is not it. The music was quite loud. Also, there was 80's, 90's and now. It was an interesting music mix.

Let me start off by saying we are a large family of 2 adults and 5 kids (3 teens, 2 10 year olds). We came into this location about 5:30 pm for dinner on a Monday evening. Restaurant was not very busy, did get busier as we were there. 3 tables that were seated after us got their food before us, ok, understandable because their were 7 of us right? And these were a 2 top, a 3 top and a 4 top. But when our waiter brought our food it was cold. Like it had been sitting in the window for a while. 4 of the 7 of us got the endless boneless wings. My son and my husband are both big eaters and were excited to see this on the menu. Except other waitresses were asking as soon as they sat a plate down if they wanted more wings down, and if they wanted 5 or 10. Not our waiter...... he waited until they were completely finished to even ask, when they said yes, he seemed annoyed, and it took 25 minutes to bring them each 5 cold wings back, said he was helping in the kitchen. Looks like the wings would have been hot then........
