Food's decent as fair as fast food goes. Blizzards are always a good option. Service through the drive through is usually terrible. Multiple trips through where you're greeted with "What do you want" and after ordering each item you get a "That it?". Very unprofessional and not friendly in the slightest.

Horrible service. Went through drive through and ordered chicken strips. The girl was confused and charged us for chicken salads. We tried to explain that isn’t what we ordered. Another woman came to the window and started yelling at us. She said she had to have our sundae flavors. We didn’t order ice cream. She kept yelling. I requested a refund. She said she gave us one but wouldn’t give us proof. I asked for a manager. I was told she was a manager. She refused to give me her name and then started calling me names. Very rude, unprofessional, and horrible service. We will definitely watch our credit cards closely after that exchange.

Got food poisoning from the chicken. But also everytime I go through the drive thru the teenager that is working the window is always rude either doesn't talk to you, tell you your total, or any sort of manners. I try not to go anymore if I can help it because the atmosphere from these kids is just so disappointing.

Register lady (Neko) is SO nice (calls you “baby”) and helped us even when our order was messed up. Food was good and fast service. the blizzard-making boy did not flip out blizzards upside down but it’s okay lol

My visiting mother-in-law loves chicken strips. We went there last night the food was awesome. Service awesome can't guarantee that 100% of the time. But these guys did a great job last night thank you so much

Gross and cold! All fries are cold and soggy and no gravy?! Since when thank you for being such a rude shift lead Jessica! If I could tell you one thing in life that would be don’t lie we know when our food isn’t fresh we can taste it and feel it try lying to someone else honey!! And as for the actual food don’t eat here they lie and then make it out to be your fault $61.00 down the drain

Went in for a gift card and a quart of soft serve.....and had the most wonderful experience of meeting Nico today. Her demeanor, her manners and attention to detail make that place SHINE! If all people were of this caliber, the world would be a better place. That lady deserves the best! Thank you!

I placed a mobile order to be picked up. The order was ready when promised the shakes are a little thin but really good and our other items were spot on since we did not enter the establishment I have no comment about it but the outside was clean and well-managed the employees were efficient.
