It was so easy to get an appointment set for just two days later. The doctor was friendly and respectful. Everything went very smoothly. Then they email you will thorough instructions to help you finish the process of getting certified. I greatly appreciate their help in this process.

Availability for appointment: Amazing. Was able to see appointment for the next day. The Dr was very nice very professional. I was able to do it via video chat. Within a couple hours I got my certificate from the Dr and was able to submit it to the state for approval. Super fast and easy process and definitely recommend!! Thank you for your services!

The doctor i spoke with was very nice and informative. Even when I called to ask for information and schedule an appt they were so kind. This is all new to me and I feel very comfortable with the information I received and it was very easy going through the process.

So I will admit I was a little bit slow at figuring out what I needed to do and Aiza really was patient with me and helped me through the whole process if I could tip her I would! As far as the site this is my 2nd time going through them and I am very satisfied! I definitely recommend them 👌 👍

I just did my first renewal for my license and it was quick and easy. Nothing has changed, so we used the same medical reports as last time, making the process quick and easy. Just had to update my meds and do a quick interview, no problems at all. I’ll be back again next year!

They were very prompt and getting me my appointment, and the doctor was very pleasant and professional. Even when I was having problems uploading some photos the staff contacted me and allowed me to message them the photos as an attachment. Had a appointment for today Saturday 7th. 40 mins till my appointment I get a text Dr not available today why make it available for a Saturday of you can't make it! I did it bc it's convenient for me because 5 days out of the weeks I take care of elderly so it's hard to get appointments through the week when I seen Saturday I thought that will work but nope DOCTORS CANT MAKE IT ON SATURDAYS!! SO NEVER MAKE A SATURDAY APPOINTMENT YOU MORE LIKELY WILL BE Rescheduled for the WEEK DAY!! M PRETTY UPSET FIRST TIME USING THEM AND THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS.. DOCTOR MUST HAVE HAD WEEKEND PLANS MORE IMPORTANT!!

I have severe anxiety and chronic pain from shoulder surgery. I booked my appointment filled out one simple form and was on my way. The phone exam took maybe ten minutes and I was approved. Highly recommended.
