The staff was very helpful and respectful and when no other pawn shop wanted to take my items for pawn they helped me out an did the pawn to help me through the week. Would recommend them anytime

I highly recommend using them for your next firearm purchase. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about firearms. Told the little lady what I was looking for and she set me up with a used Sig Sauer p320 and I'm extremely happy. Check them out and save $$$ for accessories for your purchase. My fiancé and I pawned our Glock 19 here for a few weeks and before we brought it in we cleaned it until it sparkled. When we got it back it was super dirty and we could tell that someone was shooting it. Where it shoots was super black as well. They even used our bristle brush because it was also super dirty because we left the box with them. I wouldn’t go here if you’re trying to pawn a firearm. Never again. It even smells like it was shot.

If you are going to do pawn or gun business in Springfield and you're not going here, you're doing it wrong. These are the folks you want to spend your money with. Their selection of firearms and accessories is great. They've always been fair with me on pawn items as well. You won't do better anywhere in town.

My fiancée and I went on vacation in Branson for a week. I decided to look for a ring at near by pawnshops. This was our first place we looked at. We found a ring that was slightly too big. Although her ring size is a 3.5. We decided to look around a little and we came in next day asap to purchase it. The jeweler was also able to resize it PERFECTLY and got it done before we left! 5/5 Stars. Very HQ store and the cleanest we stopped into during our trip! Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Sent someone to pawn off a tv I paid over $1,000 for. Since it is a year old, a used one now values at about $770. This guy lowballed at $200 and then found a small pin hair scratch (i assume from moving it) and wouldnt buy it all. Absolute scam, dont ever go here

It was a great place always nice and friendly and helpful. But the last 4 times I tried to call I get put on hold for 30 min. it has burned 3 of my lunches and all I want to do is pay my guitar, but I feel like I’m being screwed out of it because no one will take my payment??? I don’t get it? it has cause a lot of anxiety and wasted time on my part! hopefully it will be taken care of soon before I wast another lunch. Or don’t get my stuff back
