So disorganized. Employees were rude and truly acted like they didn't know anything about the store. One employee told me I could not use cash at all, and then turned to another customer and he told her she could. They definitely appeared like they hated their jobs and that really impacts how people feel about shopping in their store. The items were low quality that we bought. The Pop Shelf store next door was more reasonably priced and cleaner in general.

I really love this five below. The deals are pretty cool. There’s a lot of fun and quirky things in the store. Unique gifts for people and quality gifts for each person on your list. Workers at the store are always friendly and helpful when I have come in. I have generally found the toys for kids to be a great item here. Very good variety of toys that are so reasonable in price.

This FiveBelow is by far the worst I’ve been in. When I visited the store they had freight all over the store floor to where customers couldn’t walk around let alone get a wheelchair through for my grandmother. Their bathroom was disgusting looked like someone took a poop down the front of the toilet. You couldn’t really shop due to the fact they had a lot of clutter like they hadn’t put items back in the correct spot for days. The staff didn’t greet anyone and they were very rude. My family and I will take our business to other fivebelows when we visit our grandparents in the Springfield Missouri area. This store has gone down hill since the new manager has taken over heard from a family friend y’all might want to reconsider who runs your stores.

This is a Excellant store i went there today 8-21-2023 and the staff was real friendly and helpful , and found some good bargins on items i was looking for and seen some other deals as well and , i will diffently be go back and check them out, There located in the Primrose Shopping Center ,

the name of the place can throw you for a loop not everything is $5 or below but they do have everything that you're looking for basically as far as clothes and sportswear and all that colognes everything like that

First time I've ever been to 5 Below and it was SO FUN! Usually it's so hard to find really cool stickers, but this place has an awesome selection and it's SO WELL PRICED. 11/10. I had a lot of fun shopping here and they had a really awesome candy/home decor section. Everything was so cute and there's even self check-out.

This store has a little bit of everything! I bought a nice sketchpad and a nice box of markers for my Granddaughter. $5 each , you can't beat it!

Good deals everywhere you look...but you better look close because the offerings are constantly changing. It's like a completely different store every few weeks. It certainly keeps you coming back though.

I enjoy prices on the headphones 🎧 they're no. 1 in my book. Wonderful in candies .🍬 And plus you can think of them perfect dime store wonderful selection of merchandise.I wish one these days they more clerks station then the self station to pay for your merchandise. Keep up good work. 👍

Usually like this place and wanted to treat myself, but the employee kept following me around like I was some sort of thief. I didn't have a bag, baggy sweats, or anything. Completely ruined my mood and I didn't even want to buy anything anymore

I love this place, because it's not too pricey and it's a great place to go for things like white elephant gifts. If you like 2000's shows, or animes, they may have some merch for ya here. Kids can find plenty of things here, they even have some like yoga stuff or beauty products, just kind of a mix of things. I would also like to recommend it if you like sensory toys, they've got a small section of things that are nice for hands on activity just sitting around at a desk job as well, or if you have somebody with those needs it's a nice spot to check.

First thing I picked up was $5.35..what happened to " 5.00!?" Store was jumbled up, very picked over. Lots and lots of merchandise didn't have a price below the items on the shelf. Won't go back, not worth my time !!

Not much on stuff seems it could use someone to stock the shelves plus I keep hearing they can't keep things in stock..stocks... lol big bags to carry your stuff lol and sitting on there butts the way it looked to me.

Although I live two miles from the one on West Sunshine I strongly prefer the one with the primrose shopping center by Best buy it is clean the staff is unbelievably helpful and friendly and they had a lot more items then I would have ever expected them to have. I most definitely will keep going to this one even though it's further out it is a lot safer to go to for various sad reasons

Tbh shopping here is nice, they have plenty of cool items! Although I am not all for the 5 below name when quite a few things are anywhere from $5.55 to $10+ But besides that this place is still cool and has plenty of nice and affordable items

They have a lot of neat stuff, and a pretty great selection of candies and other snacks. Sometimes they even have games for current consoles (although they are probably bottom of the barrel games that nobody really wants) and they have a pretty solid selection of classic board games.

My sister and niece and I came into Five and Below, we had the best experience. Rabbit was the sweetest extremely helpful and even gave my niece a free toy. Definitely will be back to this location because of Rabbit.

Oddball place. Super fun with a tween girl who loves to shop, though. Interesting selection of inexpensive goods, albeit a bit untidy while I was there. Also on the busy side, with a notably loud clientelle. Both of these could have just been irregular circumstances, of course. Worth shopping at, if you're looking for inexpensive items.

I love stopping by my local 5 below! Inventory varies from visit to visit, but I can always find something neat. We picked up surprise gifts for our neices and nephews yesterday. The teens got art supplies,the toddlers got soft swords & axes and the baby got a stuffy. They all loved the gifts! We we're told by the teens that we get the best gifts! There's always something you need, something you want and something fascinating that you find that you didn't know you needed. My only regret is I can't enjoy their tshirt selection because they don't have sizes over an XL.

It's a fun store but don't assume it's a discount chain. This isn't a dollar store type. They have a quirky assortment of things but you can likely find it all cheaper at a discount store or Walmart. My kid likes going here to pick from a fun assortment of candy.

They have lots of different Items. It now $5.00 and Up. Good Quality items. Always New Item's coming in,so if you see something you want better get it may not be there next time. Excellent Store to ship.
