I love this place! I'm from out of town but I made it a point to come here at least once when I'm here for business. I get the Matcha Latte and the Sprinter sandwich. Yum! The sprinter has strawberry jelly with ham and cheese.

Very friendly service! The strawberry pop tart which I did not get a picture of of was outstanding! The house blend is smooth and easy to drink. I had the latte with oat milk the other day and it was one of the best lattes in Springfield. I will be making this place a regular stop especially because it’s on the North side of town. The atmosphere is great and remember to get here early to get your hands on the pastries.

When traveling I love visiting coffee shops that I can't experience back home. This was conveniently located withing walking distance of the hotel. The parking lot was crowded when we arrived, always a good sign! Many delicious items on the menu, it was hard to make a choice! We tried the biscuits and gravy which was home made and delicious. We also got the smoothie bowl which was a huge portion and just as delicious as it was pretty! Coffee is life for me and Echelon delivers. The brewed coffee was fresh and hot and "The Formation" latte was fantastic. The cinnamon rolls are also great. Despite being busy food and coffee were made in a timely manner. The staff were all friendly and kind. If we make it back to Springfield we will definitely stop by again. We may even detour for another Latte and cinnamon roll!

Springfield, MO. Great cafe mocha with artistic foam, my husband said it was perfect. The menu had fun regional names for the drink concoctions, not just coffee but also mocktails. High ceilings, soothing colors and real plants, limited parking, good drive through, lots of tables, one person doing remote work today and several people meeting up for a happy chat.

My favorite aspect about Echelon is the atmosphere. Very cozy place for friends to enjoy coffee and a great place to also study. The coffee has always been 10/10 every time I’ve been there. I also brought a friend today and he said it’s worth coming back. This has been my fourth or fifth visit and a friend brought me here the first time, first encounter I fell in love. Every time I come to Springfield, I’ll definitely stop at Echelon before I leave.

First time here, I ordered a sugar free vanilla latte and it was so delicious, as well as the Velo. I cannot wait to come back and have these again. The sugar free drink is sweet and does not have that horrible after taste a lot of sugar free products do. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice cafe to get some work done! They have a variety of drinks, pastries and foods. Helpful staff and it wasn’t overcrowded.

This place is pretty small but very cozy and perfect for a coffee date, meeting, or to get some work done. Coffee is great, food is pretty good, prices are reasonable and service was wonderful.

This makes a great contemporary coffee shop for its location in the Northside of Springfield. I stopped by there this afternoon and got something a little different to go, from a coffee shop in a different part of town. This alternative coffee and treat was a Cortado and a Banana Chocolate Muffin. This was only my first visit to this recent coffee shop, but I really like it as much as Architect, a contemporary coffee shop in the Southside of Springfield.

Great coffee and a great atmosphere. Really pretty aesthetic, lots of different seating options including couches, stools, and tables. Really high quality coffee options and flavors. And lots of bakery options as well.

First time here and pleasantly surprised! I ordered an iced mocha, and this is the first iced mocha that truly tasted different than any others. I'm pretty sure the mocha is all homemade, not just a generic chocolate sauce.. and you can tell! My husband ordered a black pour over and also loved it. Very happy with this place, plus such a great atmosphere. We will definitely be returning!

Delicious hits every spot. We're enroute across the country and I was in the mood for coffee other than the hotel coffee, so as we checked out, I made sure we stopped in Echelon Coffee and they did NOT disappoint. We got there super early so it wasnt as busy. I wasnt sure what to get, but finally decided on The Formation latte. Krystin was super sweet in giving us details on the latte and prairie pie. As detailed as she was, I ended up getting a cinnamon roll. Thankful for Krystin's help. Super glad we stopped in for baked goods and spot on coffee/latte. If we ever somehow stop nearby or find another Echelon Coffee else, I'd definitely come back to it. Edit: I forgot to mention the latte and cinnamon roll... the latte is delicious in my opinion! Had the right amount sweet taste, but not overpowering, and cinnamon flavor that Krystin described - I had mine with oatmilk which added a nutty flavor. The cinnamon roll was also yummy. The dough was dense, but in a good way, and when I got to the middle, it was gooey of deliciousness. Wasn't too sweet either, just right. All and all I had a good cinnamony treat.

This place aesthetically is so cool! Definitely the perfect coffee spot to hang out at. I loved the decor and the atmosphere. I ordered match with oat milk. My friends ordered iced coffees with different flavorings added. My matcha tasted like oat milk and only oat milk. The matcha flavor was lost. My friends drinks all had different flavorings added but when they tried the drinks they all tasted the exact same. So the beverages are why I rated this place lower. Otherwise I really enjoyed the spot and atmosphere.

Although their selection on single origin coffees are limited, they are without a doubt among the best single origin brewers in town (if not THE best). The staff are friendly and the environment is chill. Their pastries are amazing. My favorite is the banana chocolate chip muffins. Price are competitive to other high-end coffee shops and their menu accommodates everything from coffee-connoisseurs to folks just wanting a cup of sugar with a dash of coffee in it. If you're wanting to have a drink made with care and love, this is your place.

I’ve driven past that little coffee shop more times than I could possibly count always thinking “I need to try out this place sometime.” I finally checked it out a few weeks ago and have been back a few other times since then, the atmosphere is really great, it’s cute and feels homey. It’s my goal to try all the coffee they offer, so far I’ve tried two seasonal coffee items, the p.s. I love you (both hot and iced) love them both and I’ve tried another hot coffee but I can’t remember what it was called, it was also good. I have yet to try any of the food they have, but it all looks and smells delicious! If you have yet to try this coffee shop, take the time and try it!

My “everything nice” latte was so much more - sumptuous symphony on creamy and sweetness, with the perfect balance of spices and espresso! Chefs kiss! The coup de grace was an orange cranberry muffin topped with toasted walnuts! This was no ordinary sweet treat- nooo, the cranberries were juicy and tart, the orange a subtle landscape to play upon. The atmosphere was upbeat and had a great mix of ages! I will be back! I hate to use the term- the best latte I’ve ever had, it seems so tired but dang- it’s seriously the best latte I’ve ever had!!!!!!!! Huge variety of sandwiches and lunch as well. Something for everyone!

Great new coffee shop. They have outdoor seating and plenty of parking. There are different food options to go with their delicious coffee. It's a great spot to meet up with friends or grab a quick cup to go.

The Formation iced latte is happiness in a cup. I don’t live in Missouri, but am tempted to move here just for this coffee. Cute shop. Super friendly staff. Amazing menu. Love!

We own several coffee/espresso houses back home so I’m keen on what it takes to really deliver it well. While traveling through I was pleasantly delighted with their customer service, atmosphere, food and espresso.

I started coming to Springfield from Columbia for work and I refuse to go to any other coffee shop in town!! Hands down, they have the best service, best coffee, and best breakfast. They always greet you with a smile. 10/10 would recommend to any coffee lovers!!!

This is one amazing cafe. They roast their own and it’s simply wonderful with a great selection of beans from around the world. Today I had a light roast from Kenya with grape vanilla and chamomile flavor notes. One of the best I ever have had. And I have had top names from around the country. Excellent place.

I used to drive out of my way to pickup their Saturday morning biscuits and gravy because they were that good. Today I picked up my order to go and when I opened it I find they’ve changed the style of biscuit they are using. Please, please, please go back to the old style biscuit.

Got the Formation coffee iced. Delicious. Not too overly sweet, perfect iced coffee. Service was awesome and the environment has a nice coffee shop feel.
