Worst service ever. Missing Items in the order when I call they say bring back everything had to drive back with the drinks and food just to be told sorry here is your missing food. Assistant manager did not come out to face me. Now the food is extra cold having two trips to the shop. This should be my last visit. And this was not the first time having horrible service from this outlet. It should be closed

Posting this review to make the owner aware. To work around the timer issue at the collection window, either 1) the guys at the payment window holds on to the slip of the customer for a long time. They only hand the receipt to the customer once they receive news that the order is ready then they ask the customer to proceed. 2) they ask the customer at the collection window to drive a bit forward so that the timer does not pick them up. All in an effort to not get caught if the order takes longer.

Really the best choice in the area! When we're in the mood for takeout, it's always BurgerKing, and this one in Springs is by far the best. Their food is always fresh and full of flavor, so we never have any complaints. Sometimes they're quite busy, so there is a bit of a wait, but most of the time, they help everyone relatively fast. Staff is always friendly and punctual, well done!

Food was great But this was the longest i have ever waited to get my food - from any fast food place Hopefully the staff will find their feet and be more productive

The chairs where they are plugs so uncomfortable. Only one area in the restaurant dedicated to work with plugs to charge. Ordered a sit down meal and my meal was packed for takeaway. Ordered loaded fries and the cashier did not hear and gave me normal fries.

Sadly staff were very unhelpful and rude. We asked for extra cheese on burgers and paid for it and didn't get it. I went back to show the lady at the counter and they opened my burgers showed me some yellow sauce and said its the cheese.... Closed the same burger that she just opened with her hands and wrapped it again. She then proceeded to place the burgers back in the bag and shoved it at me. The chips that came with the orders were already cold and stale with no salt on them at all.... Worst service I've had at a BK. Not even complaining about the service helps. You just get shoved with your order and they leave you standing there. It's disrespectful and rude not to mention a waste of time and money for us as clients as I definitely did not eat the burger after she opened it and wrapped it in the same paper again. I'd rather drive to Benoni. Atleast they have good customer service and fresh food. I do not recommend this store at all!

Very slow service in the drive through. After waiting almost 15 minutes due to staff keeping up cars at the pay window, to decrease drive through times, i was asked to park and wait for my order, so that they would not be caught taking way to long. This was not the first time. Almost evwrytime we go there, you spend at least 10 to 15 minutes there waiting....

The burgers are as good as always but you ever been at a drive thru and the person serving you sounds uninterested? So you end up ordering whatever just so you stop annoying her. People are really applying for jobs they don't want and it's showing. Felt unwelcome

Service is amazing. The drive through is the best i have ever experienced regarding service and getting the order right. We have been there 3 or 4 times already and are pleasantly surprised every time.

I just order the King family meal with a exstra chicken cheese sandwitch. First i did not get ky chicken cheese sandwitch meal en second my whopper only had a patty en sous on it. It was very dissipointing and not the meal i love. I order from burger alot because i use to love the burgers but today it was a waist of my money. Will not be ordering again. Rathet eat steers or make my own burger.

Service is poor in the drive thru, you have to wait for your food in the parking lot, they let you move from the windows as you can only be there a couple of seconds, the fries are bad, taste old and hard, used to go here every second day but would not go there anymore, items missing from order lol staff don't care

i had my doubts beforehand, but the service, food and drive-thru experience were exceptional. when my husband and i arrived, it was really busy, but the wait time was minimal, 3 min at most. I'd highly recommend them.

I have had the chance to eat here quite a few times. They make great food and help us in the things we need. Nomtandazo is very friendly to everyone who comes in and is always willing to help. This is a great place to go with friends and family, and I would highly recommend.

Me and my friends come here all the time and the food is always great! The service is also quick and the staff is very helpful. One of the workers, Nomthandazo, has been very helpful in getting us the things we need in a timely manner. Definitely a place to visit!

Very unprofessional drive-thru service from Sinoxolo. Tried to have respectful conversation with her about it and it ended with her giving me an attitude and telling me take it up with her manager. Very rude lady!
