The food is great. However, they are super slow and they have a tendency of forgetting to add condiments, even when you have specifically asked for them (they don't read your order). If there was another McDonald's in the area, I would definitely use it.

They are extremely slow. They used to be my nr 1 take away & drive through, now I do anything just to avoid them. Their staff's ever so rude. I can already foresee difficult times ahead for them when Burger King opens in August/September. You will need to jack up your performance.

Last night I went to Mac Donald spring I was really disappointed. I got there ordered 6 glazed donuts only to find after paying that they didn’t have them in store , the lady there tried to convince me to get a different flavour , I finally agreed (worst mistake of my life) the lady made me chocolate and caramel donuts and put them in parchment paper while they were warm💔 the entire glaze got stuck on the parchment paper . I really think Mac Donald spring should review their packaging system .

Worst experience ever! Refused service and then told they don't serve what I ordered from their menu. Order was given to us 3 times incorrectly. And to make matters worse we were the only clients in there this morning

I ordered food in side on 29 Okt 2022 when i got home my nuggets 30 pcs that i ordered did not come with sauses and my one small fries was not in the bag i tried to phone they would answer but talk in back ground i tried to phone more than 20 times tried everywhere to give complaint like really im so disappointed it was order no 192

I went to springs mcDonalds yesterday at drive thru ordering a large strawberry milkshake Happy with the size,however when I tasted it,it was a bit sour I didnt drink it because all i tasted was sourness and really not the strawberry flavour I ordered strawberry milkshakes many other times at many different places and safe to say McDonalds milkshake was the worst I tasted....Maybe something has gone bad It tasted like expired milk or something Im only honest And also the cup had a brown sticky consistency on the top round edge of the cup

Today 2 of my colleagues wanted to order food, but they were chased away like dogs because they were towing a vehicle they just collected! And the manager chased them away and swore them! Very unprofessional! I'll never ever in my life recommended this McDonald's or ever use it! This manager is not manegerial quality! Horrible horrible manager! I hope he reads my review because nothing he says can change what he did! That's not how you treat customers!

I have never sat in, but I'm sure I would enjoy the experience. Drive through is always quicker and easier especially when you are in a rush to get somewhere. The staff is friendly, the service is fast and you don't waste any time.

1st Review: Poor customer service , experienced it before at this same establishment and let it slide but it's apparent that it's the norm. 2nd Review: very slow service at the drive-through for a Thursday afternoon at 3pm this is really telling of the lack of management in this establishment. Asked the lady why the service was so slow and she said their network is faulty , however this has been an ongoing issue that's not being addressed.

This cozy restaurant has left me the best impression! The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The stuff is amazing and very friendly with smile on their faces...this is absolutely my favourite place of all times.

Service was top notch but staff should learn to respond to clients in English and speak English when clients are speaking English I didn’t understand the lady at all. I kept telling her I don’t understand her language but she continued. She just took my phone from my hand and asked what’s the matter, and she said she’s helping me rate on the app (I assume bcos she opened my app trying to rate) I told her I know how to rate if that’s what she’s trying to do, but she wasn’t giving my phone back until I had to demand for it I feel she was trying to be kind but not understanding me while on the other hand I also, couldn’t and did not understand a word she spoke The food was nice and the McDonald’s is very clean & spacious. Maybe I should learn basis of the language used her so next time no misunderstandings at all 🫠

This is the definition of convenience. We ordered ice cream and and chilli cheese fries and in less than 5 minutes we were out of there. If you're in a rush for a quick grub, go get yours at McDonald's Springs Drive through or dine in. You won't regret it!

On Monday 01 January 2024, at around 22:30hrs,I went to Springs McDonald's Drive through but the service was horrible, your staff members working nightshift needs a hundred percent supervision coz they were taking their time to save cars and the whole process was so frustrating. Will appreciate if you could perhaps have a good manager who works nightshifts who is able to speed up the waiting period to insure everything goes smoothly.

This review has two parts to highlight our disappointed in one of our favorite fast food chains. 1. Went to the drive thru after one of our events and we sat there for nearly one and a half hours,cars weren't moving, and no employee could even approach the sea of people in their cars to just inform them if there was a problem (bare in mind that most of the employees were sitting inside). 2. Recently craved an old time favorite. The famous McFlurry, well what a complete let down. Besides the container not being the same anymore (and yes to minimize the waste of plastic) but to change the contents of said favorite ice cream brings me to tears. Ordered one Oreo McFlurry and one Caramel, goods received only to notice that the delicious pieces of Caramel that used to be entwined with the delicious ice cream was now just a normal Oreo McFlurry with caramel sauce. Why change something that's already good and enjoyed by millions?

The lady that was serving me missed two of our meals and was already serving other people. Had to get up and go get the outstanding meal and she was so unborthered and still had to wait for drinks that were served without straws. Was not happy at all

Placed an order at 9:30. Should have been delivered by 10:15. It's now 10:42! They're phone number does not work and I spoke to a lady from Mcdelivery, she said that I am not the first customer phoning. They have been experiencing this issue with them the whole morning. This is pathetic service. I have to leave for work at 11. That's why I placed my order at 9:30. No feedback nothing? So where's my food????????

Asked for a cappuccino, but got warm milk the first time, asked why is it and if they can please fix. Thabang who helped was so rude and upset for asking him for a cone holder for the ice creams , even burped in my face and rolled his eyes. Lady who helped Pushed her finger in the ice cream probably because I was inconveniencing them for asking them to please fix. I feel this is disgusting and poor service. This is the second time this week this has happened with the cappuccino.

Terrible service from the staff. If you guys are tired I suggest you just don't do 24hrs. My husband had to wait more than 45minutes to get food if which he was told they had limited staff to order but to his surprise there were 2 white customers that came in ordered and got their orders before him yet he was the 1st to be served.He was told by the staff member that u can't tell us what to do here. Eish what a bad service we got today with my family. Worse on my son's birthday 😢, at first we recieved the wrong order, then ours was cold especially the fries. The lady serving us, no excitement or enthusiasm at all.... It was just flat today #sad for days

Went to mac Donald springs today and they practically forced us to buy large meals stating that they don't have regular meals. When we got to the second window we asked why they don't have regular meals and the ladies smiled and then stated they don't have cups however we could clearly see regular cups for the next car that was behind us. Why must we spend more money unwillingly. Poor service

I really went back to find this review coz I had to change it. I'm so disappointed at the service I received from this place. Maybe drive-thru would have been better. Visit at your own risk.

Fun and yummy Food within minutes of ordering with the drive-thru

Good technology, less human interaction there is still staff to help if you struggle with the touch screen system which is sanitised. Easy to use and the big display will let you know when your order is ready to collect. The drive through is busy and not worth it.

ordered online as i always do... When it came to payment i paid as usual in the same way i always do.. The amount was R136. 50. I paid and the money went through but on the app it said order unsuccesful.. So i had to order again the exact same things.. Same amount.. It went through as successful this time but they took the money again.. They delivered and i spoke to the delivery guy and told him what happened.. He said that i must contact customer care to sort it out. I tried to contact the brach but could not get through. Even emailed the customer care with proofs of everything.. They dont even bother to come back to you or sort it out.. Super unhappy

Efficient drive-thru service

To be honest, this Mc Donald's is great when going there. But one of the worst ones to order food from, especially though Mr Delivery. My past 4 orders have had no condiments at all. Whether I have a burger or chicken nuggets... I place my order on the app and no condiments are included. Sometimes you get the wrong food, or half of your order....

They never seem to get my order right.
