Yoliswa was an excellent server and the new burger special was delicious

Service very much unfriendly, was there with my family and children, the waitress Thembi was annoyed by us, being asked for water by the kids as it was a hot sunny day...she brought the pitcher of water with 2 glasses and we were 11 guests, hardly no ice and she just placed it at a table next to us not even saying a word .At some point the kids went to ask for water they were told that they will give them a hose pipe. Wimpy Rewards App was not presented. As a result no points were received. We were left with a dirty table, she got her tip and left us there No HAT was followed at all.Very much disappointed.

I had a very bad experience at Wimpy in Springs Gate, I booked the 14th of May for my daughter's party. I booked 3weeks ago meaning they had enough time to prepare for it. 1stly I didn't get Themed invitations, on the 14th when I arrived the table is not yet set so we had to wait for them to set it and to my surprise they set a table for a boy party not for a girl. When I asked about the table setting they said they don't have for girls, I couldn't understand because I gave them time to prepare. Also I was rushed to order food because they thought there might be a Loadshedding at 4pm, I never thought of all the restaurants Wimpy will not have a generator. So in all my experience was very bad.

Flat machine Coke, wrong order. Not the best experience today. And foto attached is a R36.00 toasted cheese

It was my first time in a long time visiting wimpy at Springs gate and it was an awesome time, I will definitely return.

It is always a pleasure to come visit Wimpy restaurant in Springsgate. Approach by waitress and management staff is always welcoming and acknowledging my presence. Personally, i stay at Leachville in Brakpan and surrounded by 2 Wimpy restaurant and it approximately takes me less than 8 minutes to drive. Coming to Springs gate it is about 15 to 20 minutes longer, but it is worth driving. The environment in terms of cleanliness is spotless and enjoy going to bathroom because it is hygienically crept clean with good fragrance. The staff knows the secret of keeping its customers captipatived by meeting they expectations and keeping them satisfied . Constant check-up is important. I would like to encourage other customers to bring with families to join Wimpy family. My daughter loves this place.

I'm surprised Famous Brands still allowes this site to operate under the present management, it's a disgrace for a fabulous brand like Wimpy , having gone down steadily over the last few years from the highs of the previous owners , shame

Food is always a winner at Wimpy, but unfortunately, the waitress really spoiled the mood. She was extremely slow with our order and she was not one of the most friendly as well. But atleast the food was good and we had good company.

Received great service from a waitress called Cynthia served us with a warm smile and our order was very fast, the food leveled up our anticipations.

Cynthia, exceptional service she realy friendly and treat customers with dignity and respect. She makes sure you're comfortable as a customer and get the correct order. She checks on her tables every opportunity she get and gives a smile.

Our waiter Steven gave us excellent service and was consistently checking on our table, he had a friendly aura

I’ve been to this wimpy three times now. I always take my mom and the kids out to that wimpy because they get to play on those awesome slides and trampoline. However I feel the service was terrible at all times, waitresses refuse to communicate in English assuming we know how to speak Isizulu. I forgot their names but the last waitress that had served us was an older woman out of them all and she was very impatient with us and very vile. Next time I will keep their names in mind. Secondly, the food is always under cooked, chips are not fried well, bacon is not well done. I asked for slightly toasted bread but it was burnt. I seriously cannot believe how many times I’ve been disappointed. Also waitresses seem unfriendly to us. I’ve been to so many wimpys around the country , the best for me stands to be the one in Parktown at Engen garage. I think you need to train your staff well, let them know that black or white, customers must be treated with respect that they deserve. Thanks.

Was not impressed. Waited for 15 mins before we were attended to then it took more than a hour to be served. There were so little chips (suppossed to be a full portion) they had to bring another plate. Didn't even look if I were charged for the extra chips.

Menu could be a little more exciting, limited kiddies menu, limited coffee and cake. Great service, kid friendly

We frequent the drive in often. Usually impressed with great food and excellent service... until yesterday. Maggie came across as rude and uninterested. Didn't listen to the order from the onset and order arrived as a takeaway instead. Then the card machine was faulty. Overall a bad Wimpy experience.

We did not recieve the strawberry Lemonde, I ordered the double Snitchel with vegs, the pumpkin was sour, the spinached looked like old hair, I am sorry to say a Dish on your menu I have loved over the last couple of Months, I will never touch again... Wimpy had always been my favorite....i will not order again a waste of Money

This morning was a disappointment, they were just not prepared the mothers day rush, they really should have maybe hired some temporary staff for the day. We waited +- an hour for our order, people were walking out. My son in laws chips were not properly cooked. However it's still a lovely wimpy and I realise they were just caught off guard.

Service was slow Waitress never came to check up on us Manager kept shouting at kids at the play area

It has an all day menu with a variety of nice food. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff and manager.

As always their food is delicious and well presented. Thembi was an excellent helper - welcoming, friendly and efficient

I love their cake and their coffees ... I don't really like their food but when it comes to cake and coffee. I feel you can take anyone there and they would have some options to choose from and actually enjoy those options which are more reasonably priced in comparison to their competitors. I personally had the cheese cake and cuppachino which was amazing

A Wimpy Roadhouse! Very fitting for a visit to Springs - a retro roadhouse. Service with a smile and efficient. Food was good and the typical Wimpy menu. Cuppacino always decent. They offer eat in, roadhouse and takeout options.

Shop is very clean, friendly atmosphere and situated in a good area to stop by for eating and drinking. Staff very friendly and well trained

Nice play area, food was not as great tho, chips and burger tasted as if they were prepared well in advance...milkshakes were great!
