Quite disappointed. The standard of service and treatment has dropped over the years. Make an appointment and you still wait over an hr. Doctors are not through with examinations as well as recommendations/ medications prescribed. This center had previously the best doctors in Springs.

The time spent waiting for doctors is ridiculous, even when you have an appointment - 3 hours waiting is a bit much. Doctors that know their patients, walk past them and ignore them flat. The nurses are grumpy and reluctant to make alternative plans when it is quite possible. They would rather leave a patient waiting an extra hour before making a plan.

I made an appointment for 11:30. I arrived there at 11:25 and they told me to wait, they will call me. I waited there for an hour without being called. Pathetic service from Medicross

Pathetic service, they only want you money, no feedback to patients on results. Try to call no answer and no call back from doctor. Medi cross Springs please reply.

I went to Medicross Springs this afternoon and found them so efficient and professional.

PATHETIC does not even begin to describe the "service" received here! My husband was there with my son at 8am. All he needed was a prescription for my son's injections. At 09:17 he had STILL NOT BEEN SEEN to! I have been there before myself when my son was sick. We waited from 16:00 and by 18:00 no one had seen us. Everyone was leaving and we just sat there. No one even bothered to ask if we had been seen to yet. Rather save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else but there. They just don't care!

I had an appointment at 12:00 its 13:09 and still have not yet been seen.

They put you through to reception but there's no answer it just keeps on ringing and ringing I mean that's bad service

What is the point of even opening at 8am... the reception is rude... doctors are late (and not just by 5 or 10 min).... and all these sick people gets cramped into one room (room5)... pathetic... really...

I'm fuming again at the pathetic service. I had the first appointment 8:30am but the doctor was not there. The receptionist fitted me in with another doctor. And this is not the first time! No ventilation in waiting rooms.

I had a 9:45 appointment, saw the Dr at 10:49.. They were not busy. Dr barely does an examination. The atmosphere and enthusiasm within the center is beyond under whelming.

Wonderful experience with Dr van Niekerk. Doctor was very professional, friendly and ensured that I am properly informed about my health and care. I would have no qualms in recommending him to everyone.

All of the staff were so helpful and friendly. When we had no one to help us all of you came through for us. Thank you.

Very unfriendly and un welcoming Gentleman at the reception was rude ( his name started with an X .) Waited very long and then Dr was very rushed ... Nurse was uninterested and rude . Very disappointed 😞

Giving it a 4 star rating because more times than not, one has to wait long before seeing a doctor. Overall, they have good doctors, probably that's the reason it's always so busy

Thank you to Dr Dirk Van Niekerk who helped me with my daughter. I have never met Dr Dirk before my daughter got very ill. He constantly contacted me to follow up on how she was doing during her hospital stay. Really a fantastic Dr. Thank you.

The Springs Medicross online booking offers a telephonic consultation but the doctors don't do Telefonic consultations. This is not acceptable. I have an elderly sick mother that cannot even get out of bed with diarrhea an vomiting, how is she supposed to see a doctor?

Very poor service the nurse was very rude her name is Xoli Ndlovu when I get there I couldn't move or walk and I ask her to cover my legs because I was too weak 😔 then she said she's busy and she is only there to give a medication to patients. How so while she was the one checking my blood pressure? They are just after money now my face swollen because she gave me wrong medicine they should have first asked me what am I allergic to before putting me on a drip but no she gave me bad attitude mxm.

Urgently had to have my blood sugar level tested. Never expected such great customer service on a Sunday morning. Special thanks to the two staff members. This was after I was shown away from the pharmacy in Strubenvale as they didn't have staff available to test.

Our family doctor is Dr Mahri he is the Best He refered my kids Chumani and Chulumanco Maphiliphili to the optometrist in SpecSavers and we also received excellent service from everyone.Keep up the good work.
