The menu screen was not working and I asked the lady what food was missing she said I don't control the screen I asked if there was a way to see what they had then she ignored me. I had to do to the drive thru menu to see what my whole family wanted. Then the burgers were cold and the buns were dry. The French fries had been sitting for a good while.

Fast food, but not good fast food; coffee's okay if you need a cup. Both times I visited, once in the morning for coffee using drive-thru, and another time late afternoon inside for a meal, service was efficient, staff showed good mannerism, and restaurant was clean. Be sure to double check your orders, on my last recent trip. I used mobile app for 20% off order. I ended up with 20% less nuggets in my 10 piece. I couldn't prove they weren't there in the first place, so nothing could be done.

The McDonald's in Springville, NY, is what we believe to be the best in our area. The food and service is consistently excellent. The orders are filled correctly and the food is always hot and fresh. Thank you to the managers who are doing a great job with training employees and making sure that customer service is a priority.

This morning bagels were burnt and so greasy and the hash browns where not cooked all the way through. Who wants a mushy hash brown? Bring down fast food wages!!!!!!!! Also food here sucks compared to gowanda and gowanda has better meal deals.

The manager at the drive thru window was extremely rude and belligerent. The customer service was the poorest I've seen at ANY location I have been to!

The girl at the counter was about as helpful as water is to a flood

Very slow today, kiosk was being used , waited at register for 5 min, finally someone walked by. Delivered food , came back and then greeted us. Seems a little slow today

I gave 1 star for atmosphere. the new look and style of many McDonald's just downright sucks. I'm a 50 year old man who used to drool at the chance to go to a McDonald's when I was a kid ... now, the places look so sterile and have sucked any remaining attraction away from what McDonald's had grown to become over the past 60+ years. An airport waiting lounge offers more activities for children compared to the new McDonald's format. severely disappointed.

Unbelievable! Never again. Too much to put in this little box. The owner/operator should be ashamed to have his name connected to this store.

This is a very nice location to dine in. Very nice dining area with plenty of options to sit.

Stopped on our way home and grabbed a quick bite to eat. Food was nice and hot. The person who took our order was very helpful and friendly.

Dinner, bacon quarter pounder hold the onions. Simple right? Guess not. Comes with onions, no bacon and apparently you have to specify COOK the patty

It's was clean and open for us to dine in near 10pm. Food was perfectly made and hot!! Great job staff

We ordered bacon, egg and cheese muffins. 1047 am. They close at 1200 am. We got home, which is 15 minutes away, opened our sandwiches and there was no egg on either of them... coincidence? Don't believe in them.

I like the new updates in the mcdonalds The bathroom 🚻 had cigarette ashes on the garbage can and smelled like cigarette when entering the bathroom. Wasn't a good thing to see especially w/ all the new updates.

All the tables were dirty, floor was dirty. An employee was trying to clean and she interrupted us so she could sweep under our table. Food quality and taste as expected for McDonald's.

These people at McDonald's where they work are pleasant enough. But it's the food that keeps me coming back. The crispy chicken is both chicken and crispy. I enjoy it with my mouth

Went to Springville to get out of the house for a while and of course was starving, so decided to stop at McDonald's. Let me tell you Amazing job. The food was delicious, hot and fresh. The service was great and everyone was very nice. Highly suggest stopping.
