Hotel ville highnest is very good hotel in Oragadam and at main highway. Hotel is pure veg and lots of tree around the property which gives good amount of fresh air and positive vibes. Hotel room was very good with premium amenities. Food is awesome made by Mr. Prakash and good management.

Good place. Wonderful stay. Stayed with my family (my better half was so happy). Staffs are so courteous. The front desk staff communication might be little different for South Indians. But Mr.Prakash fills all the gaps - he waited one day till 11:15 pm to open gate for us. (Guys who ever say they waited outside are wrong or they didn't communicate properly). Well connected by public transport from Tambaram, Oragadam, Sriperumbudur (ask for Theresapuram stop or monfort school and small walk 1 min). 583 is bus service number. Food quality is good. Wonderful service by food team. They are serve to room. Daily they clean the room. Toliteries are good they refill/ replinish everyday. Tata Sky is available with big flat screen VU TV I think 43 inch (Tamil package was not there but not an issue.) A/C Maintenance is little down after corona I think (AC filter was heavily clogged) Certain small things can be changed /fixed to get/give a 5 star experience. The interiors are NOT cheap china products.. Liked the boutique hotel like style. I wonder owners are monitoring to the micro level of current usage of every room. Even one of the "owner or partner" was taking calls to my wonder despite their busy schedule that to they are remotely working somewhere ..

Excellent staff, very beautiful and clean rooms, enjoyed my stay. One thing to improve on is the wifi service. Please provide the connection in each room so that people don't have to face internet issues.

Food was of good quality. One good thing about this hotel is it is veg hotel. So being an vegetarian we have good variety of cuisines and starter. For family it is the best to go. Reasonable price and garden restaurant is awesome . At night one can relax and enjoy the weather and environment. Staff are helpful in nature

Don't expect star hotel...it's just like lodge. Room is not clean and neat. No cubboard inside the room for keeping the bags and clothes. No hot water. Not enough space for parking. Food is also not good..

Had a very unpleasant stay. Staff could not understand Hindi, English or Tamil. No intercom in room, had to go to reception for every small thing and every time had to look around to find someone as reception was always empty. Tata Sky was not recharged. It took almost one hour and multiple requests to get the Tata Sky recharged. Bill not shared. I was told it will be emailed, but despite a reminder call it is still not shared.

Price is almost star hotel but food was good and the staff was very helpful. Management have to review the price.

It is a must visit for anyone who is tired of the hotels in the coastal region of Chennai. I was awestruck by their service, the food and the view from the top. You quite literally escape the rushes of the city, despite staying close to the National Highway. A stay to remember!

We booked for a 2 day stay at this hotel via Make My Trip. This hotel is a small facility located in the outskirts. Though the hotel claim to have 20 rooms for guests, there's parking space for just 2 cars. At first look,this place looked nice. But once we checked in, we found that the telephone does not work, there was no menu card available as told to us, no intercom facility, cable tv is not recharged, wifi does not work. There was no hot water. We placed our dinner request by 7:30pm, and it was not served until 9:50pm (that also after 3 followups done by walking to the reception). We met other guests who were waiting for 4-5 hours for the dinner after placing their orders. The whole business is run in a very unprofessional manner by the management and the staff. The staff is totally untrained. The staff themselves ask us to buy from swiggy or zomato. Some foul smell was flowing inside the room, corridors, and the front garden during morning. No bill was issued for the stay. Their charges are exorbitant and unjustifiable considering the pathetic service provided. A reputed company like Make My Trip should not list this type of hotel at all. It's a matter of trust we have on make my trip that's at stake here. When we and make my trip attempted to contact the hotel authorities for complaining and later for cancellation, they were unavailable for hours. Our calls were getting cut everytime we tried to reach them. I would like to warn you about this hotel.

Pretty looking propery, helpful staff and amazing food. They are very particular about preparing food fresh which I absolutely loved and it reflected in the quality of it. We had to catch a flight early in the morning and upon our request they opened the kitchen and served us breakfast at 5.30 am! They served us smiling even at that hour. You wouldn't believe how tasty and well priced the food is. Our stay was value for money and a good experience.

It's in a really remote area, so remote that even the Hotel Management has forgotten about the place. Btw the management will lie to you, if you ask about the connectivity of the place. None of the appliances are in working condition, be it the AC or the fridge. The quality of food is so bad that they themselves will recommend to order from swiggy and Zomato. And guess what most of the times none of these apps deliver food to this location. The only positive thing about the place was the staff.

A great location for someone visiting factories nearby, please be aware of the distance from the city. management is responsive and manager at the hotel is helpful. The common areas could do with some dusting.

It's very good. It is a very good place to stay here, to eat, to play small indoor games, to swim. If you want to go, you can enjoy one day. It is in a very good location and feels very nice here.

One of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Room rent is about ₹2100 but no a/c and good amenities and the hotel servers behave rudely when I questioned about the room maintenance cockroaches on bed sheet that I used to clean it . Food tastes so bad.

Overall experience was very pleasant and satisfying. The service/ hospitality provided was also too smooth and pleasing. The complementary breakfast was healthy and tasty too . stayed there for 2 months and I didn’t receive any poor or bad actions from the hotel. The biggest problem was the toilet, it was throwing out sewer smell and the washroom was never good

Hotel Rooms, Room Services are good and reasonably priced. Caretaker Mr.Liana took good care of my visit. Food is good. Only Egg & Veg dishes are served. Recommended for Stay with Family & Friends.

I will suggest you to spend some 30/40 rupees and sleep at a railway station platform if you have no othe option, you will get more comfort than this, I stayed for one night, no light, no fan, forget about AC, no tv, even mobile charging also not possible, got saved because of my power bank which was fully charged condition. Don't know for what I paid them ₹3.2k. No proper connectivity, completely unhygienic, it was too hot as no fan was there, thought of opening windows then mosquito issue started so I had no options but to stay in the room with sweating. Think 100 times before booking this hotel, better stay at some good locality and take a cab or taxi if you need to commute to this area. Final verdict is don't even dare to book the hotel, else it will be like the Bear Grylls tv show "Man vs wild" experience 😂 I would like to tell you one thing that hotel staffs were very good even though hotel is not good.

Telephone was not working No electric kettle for drinking hot water Mosquitos was there inside room and was coming from bathroom broken windows No hairdryer inside room AC remote is also not working No laundry service No inhouse resturant and whatever they are food surving is have no good taste Wifi is not working properly sometimes no internet. It was really no worth of money I paid for five days stay.
