Aww❤️ One of the best biriyani I've ated in the recent days. In my opinion I would definitely say, except the quantity of biriyani it is far far better than SS Hyderabad biriyani. Must try dish - Rayyan spl 65 biriyani 🔥 worth the taste with just 220rs. Ig, whatever biriyani ordered we'll get the same kuska. Butter naan is too hard & chettinad chicken n paneer butter masala is not much good maybe taste of biriyani dominated other dishes. Definitely a must try place for biriyani.😌 Enough car and bike parking available and good ambiance but only annoying thing is too many server's are simply roaming in the dinning area.

Ordered Malai kebab and Mixed Fried Rice, they served veg fried rice after an unusually long waiting time. Then they asked me to wait further to replace with correct order. When mixed fried rice arrived, it came with undercooked meat. Prawns were literally raw and mutton was half cooked. Very bad experience. Not coming back. Note: They billed only for Malai Kebab and not for fried rice as i complained and returned the food. Kebab was good though

It's situated in the Busy Chennai-Bangalore Highway, next to Rajiv Gandhi Circle, at the corner of Thambaram, singaperumal koil junction. Have good parking at back side. Seperate restaurant available, so provided morning breakfast 🥐. Nominal and average room tariff. Rooms maintained well and clean.

Food was great and not too spicy. Apt for the kids. Dishes were priced reasonably, nothing too expensive. Situated right on the NH. They had ample parking space. Had Chicken Briyani, Kothu Parotta and Al faham Chicken. All were cooked well and tasted good. Will definitely recommend for the travellers.

It's an excellent place to enjoy food specially during travel Chennai- Vellore. The environment is very attractive. You will find halal food. The menu covers many item which are yummy, very tasty and delicious within reasonable price.The service is excellent. Staff are experts providing professional support.

Good parking space available. Taste is 8 out of 10. Naan was not soft and like rubberish while peeling it.

Stayed there for 3 days. No room cleaning were performed in these days. They have 3 types of rooms, if you visit there for see the rooms, they will show the Executive room and tell the price of Deluxe room. Cost is comparably higher considering the facilities

I would say its a good hotel to stay. I must thank the management for keeping this hotel super clean. Its like wow. Still this has some pros and cons which i am listing here. Hope it will be helpful for you. pros: 1. Super clean room, washroom and lobby 2. Friendly Staff 3. Great location 4. Good Restaurant which serves very tasty food. Nonveg is great here. Must try "Kothu Paratha" 5. Big Parking cons: 1. less amenities, if you compare with same priced, other business hotels. 2. Breakfast menus are very less. it should be more for this pricing. 3. Omelettes and Dosas are "make to order food", but they prepare it and keep same as other items. so you get to eat cold omelettes and Dosas. 4. Very less staffs at restaurants at the time of breakfast. Overall its a good hotel and can be stayed here. just they should improve some points, if they are charging same as other business hotels. thank you Hotel staffs, for making my stay good and pleasant.

Taste of the food is awesome. Quantity also high. Parking is also there. Rooms also there to stay. Rooms also clean and good. Shawarma is also there and very tasty. We became regular customer for that shop. We are coming to eat rayyan food from Kanchipuram to Sriperumbudur.

Called at 3pm reg restaurant is open and hv told them would take half hour to reach. said ok but when i reach at 340 they said no it is closed at 3pm. Arguing which number u hv called. Thia is second such incidence. Not happy with your staff bhai

Very worst experience, no room service and rude talking with client. Food quality not bad. Bed size too small for double occupancy. For couples OK. Not OK officials. Breakfast provided 2 chapati and lemon juice, fruit salad, water also not provided

The hotel is amazing at its price point. They are giving free buffet breakfast for Every customer. Rooms are nicely maintained and everyone speaks Hindi and English which is very important for people coming from outside.

Hotel decorum is good, nice quite calm place, room are well cleaned, staff is nice Mr. Sidharth is very cooperative, good place if you are staying nearby industrial company just only thing you won't get a cab there easily so better get cab booked on rental in this area

Soup and starters are ok, biriyani is good. Panner Tikka gravy is very average. Chicken Sizzlers is not that good.

One of the best non veg hotel near Chennai, especially their prompt service i should appreciate the food preparation speed of Chef which is at lightening speed without compromising any taste. A star less is for their Briyani quantity but quality was top notch.
