The worst customer service you'll ever find in the world.. they said they would give me my order on Wednesday but gave it on friday after persuading them so much.. and also they didnt print what I want.. printed something so different.. never visit or give orders to this place!.. they dont even deserve one star

The owner was really friendly and helpful. Prices were also reasonable compared to others. No parking space available.

Called them, being "Mr.Print" after all, to get some posters done on A3 sized art board. Mr.Print apparently cant do this. Pretty useless, as its a basic printing request.

This place doing photo printing and framing stuff. Able to Sent the image through WhatsApp or email. But they don't check the spam folder. Make sure to confirm otherwise they acted like they didn't receive the image. The place is sign board faded. It's bit confusing to find the place. It's infront of the nugegoda CIB. Clean and nice interior. But they treated like don't care. The customer service worst.No proper internal communication and coordination with the employee. Make sure to give a call before you go to collect your stuff. Otherwise you have to spend some time. Good for photo framing..

Don't care about customers, they just don't want any business. Don't waste time. Customer service අන්තිමයි.

Print quality is good. I put 4 start because opening hours are different from the indicated time. i had to wait 1 hour till it open cause I went there at 9.00am and they opened at 10.00am even every notice says that they are open at 8.30am

They dont try to save customers, not satisfies about the service.
