The KFC in Nugegoda is very spacious compared to most other KFC outlets in Sri Lanka. Went there ten minutes before closing time but they were courteous enough to accommodate an order for 2 six piece buckets of Grilled Chicken. They also let us stay 30 minutes after closing to finish up the meal. The food here is typical of the KFC food you would find elsewhere in the country. They also have reasonable parking space in the rear.

When I was visiting last time no more crowd here. Different sitting arrangements comparing to other KFCs. Food was good but crispy chicken had not been fully dried. Washrooms are not satisfactory level. Some smell there. Not enough parking here.

Disappointing Experience at KFC Nugegoda: Subpar Amenities Overshadow Tasty Food - As a regular patron of KFC, I've always found their menu to be consistently satisfying, which is why my recent visit to the KFC outlet in Nugegoda left me utterly disappointed. While the flavors of their signature dishes remained unchanged, the deplorable state of the washrooms and the overall lackluster ambiance marred what could have been a pleasant dining experience. First and foremost, the washrooms were appalling, emitting a stench reminiscent of a neglected public toilet. The absence of a functioning air conditioning system only exacerbated the issue, leaving patrons to endure the discomfort of stale air and insufficient ventilation. Even with a feeble attempt at some ventilation, the atmosphere remained stifling, ultimately overshadowing the appetite-whetting aroma of KFC's delicacies. Adding to the frustration was the inconvenient closure of the car park side entrance, forcing customers to undertake a long detour to access the establishment. This unnecessary inconvenience certainly didn't bode well for the overall impression of the outlet. Moreover, the lackadaisical attitude of the staff was noticeable, with their apparent disregard for maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, scoring a measly 1 out of 5. While the flavors of the food at KFC continue to be a saving grace, the discouraging condition of the facilities has compelled me to rethink my choice of dine-in locations. The Nugegoda outlet's abysmal washroom conditions and subpar amenities make it an unappealing choice for any future visits. Considering the apparent negligence in maintaining basic amenities and customer comfort, I hope that the management takes immediate action to rectify these concerns, as they undoubtedly impact the overall dining experience. KFC has always been synonymous with delicious fast food, but the unhygienic conditions and lack of basic facilities at the Nugegoda branch overshadow the tantalizing taste of their offerings.

One of the outlets which have freshly prepared chicken and rice's. Place is clean and cozy. Good space inside l. There's also a good parking space behind the outlet. On the road side couple of vehicles can park. Staff is friendly and active. Recommended.

I contacted KFC on their hotline to place an order for the chicken bucket offer at Rs.1800. The delivery was speedy and the delivery guy was nice. After I opened the seal the state of the chicken was pathetic (images attached) I’m sure I could have done a better job of frying this chicken it’s dark brown!!!!! And with patches of seasoning everywhere! I mean I might as well get some fried chicken from a street vendor if I wanted subpar food at exorbitant prices!! I called your call center twice to complain!!! And I was polite about it as i just wanted it replaced, I was so hungry but I waited almost 2 and half hours for you’ll to call back ( Nugegoda outlet) as that chicken could not be consumed. If you’ll can’t replace it have the decency to call and inform a paying customer. If you’ll can’t provide the same quality because of offers, don’t have offers it’s simple. Customer service 0, a similar experience with pizza but the other day, but those guys know what their doing, I suggest you really look hard at both customer service and actually delivering the best chicken that you say you provide!! If you’ll At least read this review the chicken is in my fridge come and take it, at this point no one can or won’t eat it. Update: 3rd July 2021- they actually came and took the chicken away 🤣🤣🤣🤣, customer service masterclass!!

No ice cubes here for Cocacola / Mohitho.. AC not working properly..small parking and Disappointed with the service..

Good food at average prices. Not a 5/5 because there is just a huge wait due to too many customers and need for them to prepare your food. So if your order is big at least expect 30mins in wait time. This outlet is quite nice for having a quick bite or even a for a good dine in experience at less busy times. Overall everything is fine👍

service is ok but meals are not tasty becouse of there lots of cinemen , also wide parking space here, buriyani is not tasty..chiken is ok.

TERRIBLE!!! The food quality has dropped terribly 🤢. The mojito was just water, and when we asked for a new one, they said they had run out of ice 🧊 The snacker we ordered barely had any chicken. God, it tasted so bland, and the bun was stale. A tinny tiny piece of chicken with a bit of filling. Don't even get me started about the atmosphere!! It was hell. Warm as hell. A/C did not work! The entire restaurant was trashed. The floors were stained, and so were the tables. It was gross 🤢 This was not the same when i visited in 2022. This used to be my favourite KFC branch at one point. Well, KFC has anyway gone to hell. The news of selling spoilt chicken didn't suprise me at all. I decided never to visit this shiz again after this day

I'm not really satisfied with food, service or either the atmosphere. They didn't have any drinks only water. The staff wasn't really friendly either. The food wasn't that good too. The only plus point is that they served quite fast.

I drink always Pepsi when I go out somewhere but here the Pepsi is not in original taste it’s somewhat different than the original. When I ask this from cashier they said it’s original and not changed. Service is fine but the atmosphere is not good. Washrooms also not in very clean manner. Brought a sundae as well its in good taste. 4/10

A/C not working, drinks not Cold, No Fries. The place is hot when asked about the A/C apparently the A/C was on maintenance. I was informed that the drinks will not be cold, but when I drank the drink it tasted like medicine. And KCF had run out of fries. Would not recommend

The place is very dirty. And the Pepsi had absolutely no gas. Also only one ac works and it says 29 degrees on it

The meal I experienced at KFC in Nugegoda was the most unsatisfactory I've ever tasted, particularly with the absence of ice in the Pepsi. I wouldn't recommend it due to the unfriendly staff and the overall disappointment. Moreover, the chicken pieces contained an excessive amount of oil, further adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the meal at Nugegoda KFC.

I brought 20 pic crispy chicken buites. Not crispy at all. And chicken are tested very dried. It think it's very old. Dut to several times fried it tested like that.

The time they are taking to prepare an order is too long. Last two times, we had to wait, 15 - 20 mimutes, until they ready our take out orders. Apart from that, quality of the food items still remains the same.

Although the food was good as always the staff service could have been better. They did not ask for my softdrink of choice and when requested for another one instead, they did not change it. They tables also could use a bit more cleaning

The customer service was terrible at this place, just like their cleanliness. The tables were sticky, and the person wearing a 'Black Uniform' was rude to everyone and shouted at the customers. We are pretty sure we won't ever visit the Nugegoda branch again. By f,ar this is the worst experience I've had with any KFC.

The place was renovated from my last visit. I am visiting there after 5 6 years I guess. Food was fresh not like some other KFC outlets. But had to wait like 20 minutes to get the order completed. There was a delay of cleaning tables I saw two three tables that was not cleaned up and they were remained from my arrival to finishing my meal. Other than that the cashier seems very pleasant and suggested good packages that I can have for my requirement. Ah water bottles were not available 🥲🥲 My dying need was water, but unfortunately couldn't have it.

Located on the ground floor of a building. The car park is available on the backside of the building ( opposite side of the main road side.) The main entrance is located in the small road 5 meters from the Nugegoda Colombo main road. Main entrance is very small despite that in inside there's more than enough seating capacity to hundred people. No cushioned chairs but the hygiene is good inside. There's a small washroom available which only one person at a time can be used. Disregarding the high number of seats, this place will be filled with crowd on weekends & after-school times where private tuition classes are starting and finishing. The food is normal as other outlets but chicken parts may seem to have cooked multiple times to preserve it.

The Worst Kentuky Fried Chicken of the World. Preservatives on verymuch old chicken, Still our mouths are itching.

I am a regular customer of KFC but not happy with last service and delivery they provided. They are lying when placing order that will deliver witing 30-40Min but it was taken almost 2hours yesterday. I am not blaming for delay due to rain and traffic since it is reasonable. Buggers in this place calling manager don't know how to manage and apologize in such situation.The food was cold when arrived. No quality at all. Specially they don't have ethics.
