contacted
KFC
on
their
hotline
to
place
an
order
for
the
chicken
bucket
offer
at
Rs.1800.
The
delivery
was
speedy
and
the
delivery
guy
was
nice.
After
I
opened
the
seal
the
state
of
the
chicken
was
pathetic
(images
attached)
I’m
sure
I
could
have
done
a
better
job
of
frying
this
chicken
it’s
dark
brown!!!!!
And
with
patches
of
seasoning
everywhere!
I
mean
I
might
as
well
get
some
fried
chicken
from
a
street
vendor
if
I
wanted
subpar
food
at
exorbitant
prices!!
I
called
your
call
center
twice
to
complain!!!
And
I
was
polite
about
it
as
i
just
wanted
it
replaced,
I
was
so
hungry
but
I
waited
almost
2
and
half
hours
for
you’ll
to
call
back
(
Nugegoda
outlet)
as
that
chicken
could
not
be
consumed.
If
you’ll
can’t
replace
it
have
the
decency
to
call
and
inform
a
paying
customer.
If
you’ll
can’t
provide
the
same
quality
because
of
offers,
don’t
have
offers
it’s
simple.
Customer
service
0,
a
similar
experience
with
pizza
but
the
other
day,
but
those
guys
know
what
their
doing,
I
suggest
you
really
look
hard
at
both
customer
service
and
actually
delivering
the
best
chicken
that
you
say
you
provide!!
If
you’ll
At
least
read
this
review
the
chicken
is
in
my
fridge
come
and
take
it,
at
this
point
no
one
can
or
won’t
eat
it.

2021-
they
actually
came
and
took
the
chicken
away
🤣🤣🤣🤣,
