Come here 5 min before closing the store. Salesman was said that they closing in 5 min. But after starting yo put in a baskets items that that wanted to buy and asked salesman is it OK if we will be more than 5 min he confirmed that's not a problem. To be honest we took around half a hour, and we spend over 200 euros. But never heard any comments about that is time to close or something. Salesman or maybe manager on duty that day I'm not sure was really professional and advising our needs. Really recommend this store as staff that works overhere is professional and will always assist your needs.

Spa Ceylon has some very good products however I have gone 3 times and got the same answer out of stock. They faithfully take my contact information and promise to call me. The call never comes. I don't think they are very interested in the local market

I visited this location, after having a very unsatisfactory experience at the Bambalapitiya location. I was pleasantly greeted as I entered and one of the staff members helped me to find and buy what I wanted. They have a substantial array of high quality products. Very pleased with the products and the service.

This palce is located on the Galle Road in Kollupitiya, right next to Cinnomom Grand Hotel, is a luxurious oasis offering high-quality self-care products and treatments. While it may be on the expensive side, the experience is absolutely worth it. I recently had a fantastic foot theraphy session that left me feeling rejuvenated. Highly recommended!

I Wanted to buy products to gift to a friend in West Africa worth Rs. 49,000. I had requested two wooden spoons together with the products I wanted to buy ( they are not available for sale) My request was rejected saying they are not allowed to give them out. I explained this to the Manager of the MountLLavinia branch. It was not successful. ( i was a bit furious about it) I phoned the higher management for approval since it was a gift, and a lady who attended to my call said it's not the policy of the company to give it out. I strongly believe there are flexible policies in every organization. Not everyone requests the wooden spoons though. However, I bought those products from another outlet on my way to the airport. Love the products and the beauty of the outlets.
