Extremely disappointed. Too dirty. Bad service and bad food. Waited for 2 hours to be served lunch at 3.50 pm. If you want to save time to see srinagar, don't go to this restaurant. Horrible. Staff is extremely rude. Gave it one star because there is no option for minus starring. Dirty utensils and wrong order served. Told them to clean dirty table. Used dirty cloth to clean it. Did not even use water. Never again. I guess our driver was getting free food. That's why he sold the hotel to us.

Raja Dhaba is a very crowded vegetarian restaurant. The tourists are the main customers. The number of staff is less compared to the inflow of customers. We have to wait to get a table. Once we get a table, we have to request them to clear it. Then again we have to wait to get our orders placed. Finally we have to wait for the ordered dishes. Very chaotic atmosphere.

Cab drivers recommend this place. But I dont find it that much great. Over crowded. Food is okay. Location is easily assessible. Less parking area. Toilets are not clean and unhigenic.

Very bad hotel with unhygienic seating and service. The staff literally dont care. Very bad bathrooms. Food is abysmal and not at all tasty. Most tour operators and drivers prefer to take you to this place because of its ample parking and I guess some sort of commission. It's a very bad choice.

Worst place of all. Don’t ever go here inspite of your driver telling you this is the best place here. They are paid to say that and their food is compensated. They get commission from this restaurant. The food sucks big time. It’s better to eat some instant food or street food than eating at this place. Zero hygiene and negative service. The washrooms are very very dirty. We were taken here by our driver and later we realised how bad it is. None of the locals come here. It’s only the tourists lured in by their cab drivers.

Super crowded, very dirty toilets, hardly any places, need to find your chairs and tables able to sit…food is worst of all!!! This place is working only because Driver bring tourists…may be they get paid by restaurant!!!

I found it to be an okaish place in Srinagar for a vegetarian meal . The place is majorly crowded which makes it difficult to get a early delivery of food to your table. The waiters too are hardly interested to wait till you repeat your order. Overall I'll give it a 3/5 .

Nice tent dhaba type.. Food is ok. Rate also normal. Toilet is very worst , not clean no Water. Try to avoid toilet here..

The most unhygienic place i have ever visited. Don’t ever get into this restaurant if your tour driver is taking you here. They must be getting commission out of it but you will only leave with extremely bad experience. The best thing was the mineral water bottle

Emporium is there. They sold gloves which they told are water and ice proof. But they are not. Got my hands cold and wet. Price was 300/-. So quality is not good. Food is good. But don't buy anything here.

I have added the photo so you can avoid this place at all costs. Unexpectedly horrible food items. Aloo Paratha didn't have aloo, Cheese Paratha didn't have cheese 🤦‍♂️ and Kashmiri pulao was okay. Waste of money

This is perfect example where the taste of good food can be spoiled by poor service and staff behavior. This food joint run by Punjabi management, they cook authentic food and also serve Chinese (if someone really prefer it..!) Now when it comes to service and atmosphere, it's all chaos around. You are (not)welcome here, you can accomodate any of the table no matter there are left over plates, spilled food or paper cups (they use unique way to serve water - by paper cups) Waiter really don't care to talk to you and you have to call at least 2 to 3 times, captain (who act as waitor too) is not really interested to explain you the menu.. He just ask you quickly order; not even review the order and disappear. After some time he will appear with order and keep it on table, you have help yourself for service. Finally my experience: I was literally waiting for 15 min to take the bill, again waitor appeared and issued bill. If the service part you can ignore, you can have a awesome food here

This is best place for driver to take tourist as they get free food. The food and hygiene is terrible to say the least. Try to avoid and change your driver if he brings you to this place.

Visited Jan 2023 for dinner. It was cold and we were the only people. We ordered 4-5 dishes. it came surprisingly quickly. Served on steel plates, so it went cold quickly too. Food was very tasty though. Price, reflecting the kind of place. In the end the person at reception demanded a TIP. Pure vegetarian restaurant with long list menu and tasty food. Service is fast and quantity is good as per the rates they charged. Ample parking and nice view towards the road. Only problem is the toilets are not clean. That has to be maintained by the restaurant management.
