My father had multiple complications & was admitted in this hospital for 10 days. He recovered completely. All the doctors, nursing staff & everyone involved was very helpful. All tests done under one roof with great infrastructure

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Paras Hospitals Srinagar. It was by far the worst hospital visit I've ever had, and I would strongly caution anyone considering seeking medical care here. First and foremost, the staff seemed completely indifferent to the patients' needs. The receptionists were unfriendly and dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them by being there. The nurses appeared overworked and overwhelmed, rushing through their tasks without paying attention to the patients' concerns or comfort. Next, the overall cleanliness of the hospital was abysmal. The waiting areas were clean, and the bathrooms were unsanitary and neglected. I couldn't help but wonder about the potential risk of infections lurking in such an environment. Moreover, the communication within the hospital was severely lacking. Nobody bothered to inform me about the delays or changes in the schedule, leading to hours of waiting without any updates. When I finally got to see a doctor, it felt like they were rushing to get me out of the room as quickly as possible, barely listening to my symptoms or medical history. The level of medical care I received was far from satisfactory. The doctor misdiagnosed my condition, prescribing the wrong medication that caused adverse side effects. I had to seek a second opinion elsewhere to receive the correct treatment, wasting both my time and money. To add to my frustration, the billing department was a nightmare to deal with. They sent me incorrect invoices, and it took weeks of phone calls and emails to resolve the issue. Their lack of organization and attention to detail was simply unacceptable. In summary, my experience with Paras Hospitals Srinagar was appalling. The lack of empathy from the staff, poor cleanliness, communication issues, and subpar medical care made me feel like just another number in their system. I sincerely hope that management takes immediate action to address these serious shortcomings and improve the overall quality of their services. Until then, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hospital and seek medical care elsewhere.

Our surgeon Dr Shekh Zahoor is brilliant Overall better medical care. Nursing staff was good and so was security pleasantly strict. Parking is not an issue as ample space is available. Cleanliness was impressive however washrooms need to be dry all the time...little issues observed as regards soap dispensers, I'm sure are corrected in time.

Paras Hospital is absolutely amazing! Their services are top-notch and the staff is incredibly helpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The doctors and nurses are highly skilled and knowledgeable, providing the best medical care possible. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for patients. The entire team, including Varsha at the hospital was incredibly helpful and supportive. She provided excellent care and made my experience there much easier. My patient is much better now. We were admitted on 7dec under Dr sheikh Zahoor. The staff has been empathetic throughout. The nursing staff and other support staff were exremely helpful. All the departments work tirelessly for the well being of a patient.Security was good and performed their duties very well

We were visiting Srinagar as a tourist and my wife had a severe stomach ache, we were suggested Paras Hospital by our hotel as well as driver. I must say the hospital overall is very professional, the staff is extremely courteous and they go out of the way to make you comfortable. From the emergency staff to doctors on duty, to day care ward, all was very well managed. Overall Hospital is also very neat and clean

My experience with the hospital was amazing, visited here for a small dressing. Dr Joseph was amazing, he attended my wife, calm her down and ensured the procedure was completed with 100% satisfaction. The employees at the hospital were amazing, polite and ensured that the entire process was seamlessly done including the payments. I would recommend this hospital.

A bit costly but that never becomes an issue with the facilities provided by the hospital. Doctors are giving enough time to the patients, Brilliant management, cleanliness is just wow.

One of the best Hospital in Srinagar. With very experienced doctors and highly safasticated infrastructure. However need stable software. Doctor couldn't write prescription due to server is down problem. Also for wait time was 2 Hours for my appointment

Our patient was admitted in paras namely Maymooma. We received best nursing care in this hospital. Doctor's, housekeeping staff, Food quality and Other support staff was excellent. Highly recommend this hospital

Sorry to say .... overall unsatisfied if not disappointed. Focus of the facilty doesn't appear to be purely health service and patient satisfaction. Facility with a decorum but over priced and somewhat a managed rip-off process in place.

We were traveling to Kashmir and my son fell sick. When we came here, the hospital staff- all of them Dr. Rasik) , took great care and provided very prompt relief to my son. Needless to say, I am super impressed with the care and professionalism shown by Paras Hospital in Srinagar was beyond my expectations.
