We stayed for 4 days here with all my family members (8 people). The best part is service and the homely atmosphere Sarwar and his team created, they were ready to help always. They were always there when we used to leave for the day and guided their best, told us places to eat, shop on the way. There is a very beautiful garden in backyard and whenever we came back tired we used to sit there and enjoy tea and kawha. The only disadvantage was that the place is around 300 meters from lake so it will be a little challenge for people who can not walk. I wish all the people on the tourist places are like Sarwar and team, it makes life so easy when you are travelling first time to the place and that too with your parents.

Stayed here for 3 days when I visited Srinagar for trekking. Had a very good experience, Sarwar is an excellent host and took care of everything we needed, he helped arrange for airport pickup and drop as well. It is located very close to Dal Lake gate no.1, a 2min walk. The food served was excellent, it was home cooked food. Definitely recommend for stay at Srinagar!

An amazing homely feel hotel right on gate no. 2 on dal lake. Just 200 meter away from main road. Very budget friendly and cleaniliness is up to mark. Owner is really kind and welcoming. we stayed for 3 days in JH bazaz only when we were in Srinagar. Go for it.

Recently, I stayed at Hotel JH Bazaz with my Parents for 4 days. We had a pleasant stay over there. The owner, Mr Sarwar is a very generous, polite and helpful person. He made all the arrangements for our Kashmir trip whether arranging for vehicles or stay at Pahalgam etc. The room was very neat and clean and had all the basic amenities. The washroom was clean as well. The food served at the hotel is so delicious as it is home cooked. It's a homely atmosphere over there. We really felt like home. The hotel has a prime location. Quite near to Dal Lake Ghat No. 2. You'll find many public transport options as well to visit local market etc. Would recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Kashmir with family. And we would like to stay there again in our next visit.

Stayed here in April 2022. Had a wonderful experience. The best part about this hotel is neat and clean rooms and hot water in the bathroom. The proximity to Dal lake (ghat no 2 is just 5 mins walk) is additional advantage as one can go for a morning walk or dinner at night.

We were in group , and we had great time here. Service by staff member are too good Owner of the hotel is so supportive and friendly. He cooperated so well . He is just a call away for everything.It was just like second home to us... Looking forward for next vacation with j h bazaz hotel.

The hotel was at good location with enough amenities at reasonable price. It's nearby dal lake so you can have an evening walk by the lake. Mr. Sarwar is very humble and helpful. Food was very homely. It was a very nice stay.

We stayed here for 4 nights in July 2023. The location is great, very close to dal lake ghat 1. Hotel rooms were clean , neat and tidy.24 hours running hot water. Everything is properly maintained The owner Mr.Sarvar is very friendly and helpful. Great hospitality.They treat guest like family. Staffs were helpful. Food is delicious as well . They serve both Veg and Non Veg . Food was served on time. They have 5G wifi All this at reasonable room charges. Mr Sarvar had arranged for complete Kashmir tour package at reasonable rates.

Amazing stay, amazing host. Its a very clean property. The location is just apt, just a lane away from the dal lake road. Sarwar ji is such a humble person and always ready to help. He even helped us book the hotel for the next day when his own property was full. And we also kept the luggage for a day while we went to pahalgam. Definitely recommending to friends and family! We stayed here for 3 days and it was really good. The location is awesome. The rooms are really nice. The best part, however, was each and every request was fullfilled promptly. Mr Sarwar is a gem of a person. He went out of his way to help us during a medical emergency. I am really happy that we stayed here. It's totally worth it.

Stayed here with family including kids, it was one of the best experiences. Homely stay with no compromise on luxury and comfort. The host Mr. Sarwar was friendly, extremely warm and helpful. I was stayed here for 5 nights. The hospitality from Mr Sarwar and their staff was super. The room are amenity full and neat & clean. Amenity means, you will get hot water, room heater etc. Food quality are good. Apart from aboves, Mr Sarwar is very helpful. He guidded me at every moment.

Bazaz owner's hospitality is something to remember for long. One will have a complete comfort, as the rooms are furnished and cozy. Toilets are good. Breakfast and dinner were too good and were served plenty. Dal lake is at a distance of 3 - 5 minutes walk. All arrangements were made with a complete purpose.

Sarawar bhai is one of the best person i’ve met in Kashmir. We’ve stayed there for only one night on 13th july, but the way he served us and treated us, we’ll be forever grateful to him. My experience with Hotel JH Bazaz was a very good one. The hospitality was great and prompt. The food was lovely and our host was attentive and made sure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We stayed at this cozy place for 2 nights. First day arriving from Srinagar airport, 2nd day after we come back from the KGL trek. First impression of the room was neat and clean. The amenities in the toilet are adequate also. We were served with welcoming drinks (coffee or tea) and biscuits on both days of check-ins, which was very heartwarming. They also make sure all your needs and questions are answered. Oh, the location of the hotel is superb, far away from the noise of Dal Lake Road, near enough to walk to Dal Lake Road. When we asked to store our extra baggages at the hotel before we set off for the KGL trek, they never even charge us a penny. The host Sarwar even offered us a ride to a local tour guide that he has recommended even after we've checked out and stayed at a houseboat. We were just touched by his cordiality and hospitality. 100/100 recommended.
