I visited this restaurant with a very bad experience. Local restaurants in Srinagar are far better than this. It does not look 5 star from any angle. poor service , very less space, i have to wait for 2 hrs for getting a table, i will not recommend any body for dining in infinity.

First of all special thanks to Shahbaz bhat who made our experience memorable and beautiful. Warmth of their hospitality filled the cold air of the atmosphere to epitome of snugness. Food and experience was 5 star , but service was just 7 star. Thanks and hopeful for more such experiences for the future guests.

An upscale dining experience in Vivanta hotel, Srinagar. Great food with Kashmiri options (marchwangan korma, haak) - amongst a range of cuisines. Danish was our helpful server; Lokesh and his team made this a memorable evening - even though Dal Lake was not properly viewable in the dark.

Surprised to see the low rating, perhaps I was lucky with the food and service.. excellent Burger (though they were out of Pizzas!).. also the biryani was nice, hv had better at other Taj properties.. but the best part is the view.. everything tastes good when you have a view to kill.. Dal Lake.. mountains.. slight nip in the air.. what an experience!

I ordered the combo pizza. Taste was good, but it had no toppings. It was only cheese and few chicken pieces.. A little disappointed.

pathetic food and staff. they took more than an hour to get 4 drinks and a brownie with ice cream, chocolate mousse and a tiramisu. and were either ignoring or saying it will only take 2 3 minutes now,.. weren’t even sorry for it. and the taste was not at all worth the wait! just the waste of money and time!

The food was pathetic, the price was too much, property not well maintained.

Food was not good. Only thing to look out for was the view and the food was completely opposite of the fantastic view. No seasoning in the fish starter, raw smell of old oil being used in the starters which I ordered
