Myself , Shrikant, a Tour operator , have booked 8 rooms for my group. Hotel infrastructure is very good, tip top rooms. But no ventilation. Moreover i haven't experienced such third class service of a 3 star hotel. No soap, towel was provided in the bathroom, we have to ask repeatedly. For making tea / coffee, no sufficient pouches were provided, it's ridiculous. Whatever we are asking , it's overpriced.. like Water bottle , there were charging 45/- per bottle... Outside hotel we got it in 20 /- Extra cup of Milk was at 120/- ... It's highly priced.... Moreover no one in the hotel is caring for the guest. service wise very worst. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone ... My 15 members will also provide the proper feedback , w

Very rude nature of dining staff. Having no manner to behave with costumer. Although rooms are neat and clean, room services is also nice. But what's the use if you get insulted in front of other costumers.. Friends thinks twice before booking such hotels.. Giving just single star because negative star is not available.. 😏☹️

Not a comfortable stay and they say it's a 3 star but it's a Delux Hotel. Hot water in bathroom served temperature doesn't serve the purpose in that chilling weather. Very limited Buffet food option. I wanted extra bed as we were 2+2 . Extra bed was put on floor which was not comfortable. Although taste of the food was good that's only reason for a 1 star.

Very Good service and food prepared was nicely curated to the guests needs. Mr Adnan, Mr Sahil and Mr Iqbal were very attentive to the guests needs and very courteous. Recommend this place for your stay in Srinagar.

I visited Kashmir with my family in March 2023 and it was amazing! The place was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The hotel we stayed in was really good. Everything from the service to the food, the rooms, the view, the location, and the receptionist, Zara, was excellent. She was very polite, kind, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wants good service.

Good hotel, tasty food. Nice place for families. Service is also good. However no lift , have to climb stairs for upper floors. Also hot water in bathroom not provided all the time. Morning only selected time its there.

We were 28 people stayed at this hotel and we had best experience ever, the service and food of this hotel is too much good and best staff and the rooms are bigger and clean. All staff are like familier and helpful.

Rooms were clean & their service is also good. They serve delicious food. If you are outsider (specially from Maharashtra), you can ask them to prepare the food according to your choice coz they serve kashmiri food usually. They can modify their menu as per your requirement.

I just enjoyed my stay at 22 Enclave Evoke Lifestyle. Staff were too friendly and were available whenever in need. Rooms where so neat and cleaned everyday. Restroom where so spacious and clean. Felt as if hygiene was their 1st priority and comfort was next to it. The only drawback which I felt was common hot water pipeline. I had never had hot water to bath during my stay here. I just got slight warm water as I stayed in 3rd floor. My brother stayed in 2nd and he said he recieved and enjoyed hot water that was annoying. Complementary Breakfast and Dinner was provided by Hotel management which was far far better than outside food which I took for lunch. They have better cook than other restaurant. Better Advice not to stay in 3rd floor, (will be missing hot water during winter season stay) rest all it worth for Penny.

Room were good and tidy, stayed for 2 nights. Zero disturbance! Absolutely loved the food. The guy Adnan is such a soft spoken and helping hand❤️. Room service is super fast. They don't expect for tips. Will be more than happy to suggest this place.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Food was also good. All the staff Adlai, Mudasir, Fayaz and Aasit very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Srinagar.

Our trip to Vaisnodevi was excellent and all this is due to Fair fax holidays especially Mr. Asif who took great pains to make our tour n hotel stay very very comfortable n convenient. Extra caring n conscious about our stay at hotels food n movement due to senior citizen memb always worried about health treat us as na family members also perticular about timely visits for Darshan. My very first stay at Srinagar for 2nights was at this hotel. It's very cozy with warm people (staffs) around. It's around 1.5-2kms from dal lake in a beautiful location. We had a wooden bridge like place near our hotel within 5mims of walk. Rooms are quite spacious and beautiful with all needed requirements like clean blanket, coffee maker, hot and cold water a nice wardrobe etc. The food they serve is just like home. If m not mistaken Mr Faiyaz is the Chef there who personally interacts and take review on his food and yes hot rotis directly from tawa to your plate will be served with him around.. Thanks to aventuras.in who arranged our stay this way.

The hotel is awesome , neat rooms .. nice food from team Adnan. Only concern is lift . They hav 4 floors and not having lift difficult for old people. And the staff needs to learn to knock the door before directly opening the room and walking in. When guest r there

Hotel was clean, bathroom was spacious, PPL r nice...we didn't have dinner. Breakfast was good..there was 4 options but i had Maggie which I was craving.. it was little far from any tourism place.

Amazing place in budget , clean and hygienic rooms with all facilities. Understanding and polite staff who maintains professionalism with humanity. Great place to stay in Srinagar center. Amazing hospitality by entire staff. Food : All foods Breakfast to Dinner are mouth watering. At in-house restaurant 3 best guy who are everytime eager to help you are Adnanbhai, Sahilbhai & Iqbalbhai. They are really nice guy.
