Crafts museum and school of design is a J & K govt initiative to preserve the various crafts and encourage and provide new designs to craftsmen of the state. The museum showcases ages old pieces of paper mache, walnut wood craft, carpet weaving, moulded wood craft, embroideries, pottery. Government need to infuse more funds into this initiative. Craft lovers must visit this place.
