    Avoid this place if you are tourist. For opening suitcase with forgotten locked combination they charge Rs 300/-. Same which other stores will do free of charge.

    Hi. I brought a bag from VIP HOUSE Munawarabad Srinagar.They are having the worst customer service. They are saying we don’t have any exchange policy after stamping on warranty card. One the most pathetic service they are having. My advice to all is not to buy anything from there.

    Best luggage store in kashmir. They have literally every luggage brand you can think of. I checked they prices with online products and on many of them i got 10 to 15 % more discount in this store. Even premium brands like samsonite and delsey, renova are availble.

    Every kind of luggages and attache are available here. And almost every kind of brand you can think like American tourister, skybag, wildcraft, samsonite plus they also give a huge discount the staff are really very friendly.
