I had paid for lake view room i.e deluxe room & after reaching the hotel manager refused to provide the same room , according to him he booked the room to some one else because of high booking for the same day . I waited for almost 30 min with my wife at reception but still got no positive response & at last i had got no option . Though property is very good & clean room & nice view from the hotel.Hotel waiters were very cooperative But still as a tourist huge disappointment. I had shown the itinerary and it was clearly mentioned that lake view room but the spokesperson didn’t provide the room . So i think if someone books this hotel please keep this hotel as your last preference because u will not get the room for which u had paid .

We were visited in March third week but lately wrote here. Place Nice, Very cool and on hill side so gives different beauty. Rooms... Clean and Neat Food Nice and serve heartily. Room Heater ... Good . Staff... Very Nice and Helpful. Special thanks to One person serving in food department, name start with "N" .. sorry forgotten name. Simply beautiful hotel for stay.

We have stayed here for 6 night 7 days during September 2022. We have booked 4 rooms. Our stayed was very very comfort. Rooms were neat and clean. Hot water available for 24 hr. Food was pure veg and hygienic. Really it's very tasty food including breakfast. Staff were highly supporting. Dal lake and Nishant garden is at 10 min walking distance. We recommend this hotel for every family. If we visit kashmir again we choose this hotel only.

The rooms are good and clean.... But a strange smell comes... Which is never ending... This smell strangely started coming from my clothes as well which were kept in room. And one more thing their service is damn slow.... I ordered finger chips and tea and it took them an hour to deliver in the room. Finger chips were substandard and stale. Tea was also bekar... Only thing good in their food is they make milk items well that's it

This resort/hotel is situated in the residential area. I would suggest not to take this hotel if you want to explore near by areas as once you entered this resort you won’t be able to go out. If you are vegetarian this hotel is not for you. Room are good staff is also good. It won’t matter if you took any lake view or normal room. Don’t book it from travel agent they will give you the higher price . You can find better hotel on main road. If you are visiting Kashmir please take hotel seriously. You can find hotel by strolling around. Price depend on the season but the hotel price are range of 2500 to 4000 based on the plan you take.

We stayed for 4 nights at the impex hill resorts and it was a pleasant experience. The staff is really polite and helpful. The in-house restaurant serves delicious vegetarian food. The location is in a tight residential neighborhood but it’s manageable. Nicely kept property and worth staying with your family. Thank you the staff at impex hill.

Nice hotel with reasonable price (2.5k - 3.0k). The location of this hotel is inside from the main road or dal lake. The view from the garden is too good. Same view is available from few rooms, not from all rooms. Room size is good for 2 persons. Beds are not that big but comfortable. Heater available in foam of split AC. Bathroom is like an ordinary hotel. Helpful staff. Food was really good and breakfast had many options.

A good stay in Impex for a day in Oct 2023. Clean room, timely service and delicious food are the major plus points. The very important point which impressed me was the view of dal lake from the balcony of the rooms. Only two things you need to keep in mind -1. Local market is a bit away like 1-1.5 km, however if you are on trip and having a stay of day or two then you really don't need those shops as hotel is good enough to help you. 2. Room are a bit smaller in case if you need extra bed otherwise very good stay. Thanks to Impex hotel staff for making my stay comfortable.

It was a great experience staying here on our recent visit..the staff here is so courteous and thoughtful We were lucky to have been in the care of Sajad Bhai. He looked after whatever we needed and more.. The care for guests is really nice. The rooms are great and spacious The power supply is intermittent but they have backups and so it's not a problem.. The rooms have air conditioning heaters and water heaters. There is round the clock hot water. The lake is visible from the rooms, but a slightly better view from the upper floors. Special mention to the food quality and taste It's light and really tasty. The only drawback is the location It can't be commuted from the lake/main road by foot A car is necessary So once you are there, you can't really go anywhere else without transport. So evening strolls to the lake are out unless you hold your driver for that period. Kind of like being stuck in a houseboat. Other than that, the experience is really nice and cozy

The location is very much inside from the Main road, and nothing is available outside, The Rooms are spacious and have all the comforts ,however the cleanliness and Hygiene can be improved. When it comes to service , it's good but the food serving is horrible,they can't even provide Two Roti/Poori at a time and are also very rigid to provide the food while buffet.

This is one of the best places we stayed in Srinagar. However, it is almost 1km from the main dal road which can be a hassle if you don't have your own transport. Other than that the rooms were decent and the service was great. We only had the chance to have Goshtaba and their special kahwa which was mind blowing. Also, don't expect complementary breakfast as most of the hotels in Kashmir don't offer complementary breakfast not sure why, even when the basic stays are so expensive like minimum over 3k.

The room was good, the sunset view of dal lake was fantastic. The garden area is peaceful for early mornings and evenings for watching the sunset. The food here was very delicious, the best we had from kashmir. We stayed here for 2 days. The service was also nice. The staff helped to prepare food for my 1 year old baby. They even allowed me to enter the kictchen to make oats pancake for my kid (i had the batter with me. They provided the pan, ghee, stove etc). The location is not easily accessible. Even though it is close to dal lake and nishat garden, it is on a hill which makes walking difficult. So if you want to stroll around in the evenings, it is tiring. They have auto services but we felt it is costly. The google map location was not exact, our taxi driver found difficult to reach there initially. But during the checkout time, the staff explicitly asked for tips for all of them for the service they provided, which we felt awkward. They were demanding extra money for all the bare minumum to other services they have done.

A good hotel with a view of dal lake and delicious food. The view is excellent, rooms are clean and service is good. The problem is that the commute from here to nearby places is difficult and there are no shops or any amenities nearby.

We stayed here from 17th-20st July 2023. We were impressed by the location and view of hotel. Rooms was really clean. Manager Junaid bhai is very helpful. He helped us at personal level beyond the commitment of hotel service. Best part was food, Believe me you will not find such tasty and healthy food even in any big 5 star hotels. Highly Recommend Believe me you will not be disappointed.
