This is the one of the best eye hospital in J&K State. Every employee in this hospital performs his/her duty very well. The doctors are really well equipped and well qualified and also down to earth. The para med staff of this hospital are also cooperative and very humble. The discipline in the hospital is very good. There is no crowding nor any other problem that we usually face in other hospitals throughout the state. And really as mentioned "Just Walk in and Walk out". Get in, and you will leave seeing best out of better. Inshallah.

My uncle surgery was done here. Now he can't see properly. One of worst eye hospital in valley. People don't get lured by Doctors coming from outside to treat you it's better to go somewhere else where our own kashmiri Doctor can treat you

I even saw some people leave without seeing the doctor, which I felt sorry for. We would have done the same, but we had traveled a long way specifically for this appointment, making it all the more disheartening to experience such a delay. It's crucial for the clinic to remember that patients time is valuable. In cases of emergency or unexpected delays, effective communication is key. Providing timely updates would greatly enhance patient satisfaction and make the overall experience far more positive. Despite the medical expertise available at ‘Sharp Sight’ this lapse in communication needs to be addressed for a truly satisfactory patient experience.

Extremely poor administration, They inform the patients to come earlier and then have to wait for hours and hours, Dr leave for lunch and returns back after hour. No value to patients. Better to visit any other place.. absolutely pathetic

The ambiance of the hospital is good, but i feel lack of communication across the lines and its very time consuming to go through different screens. No prior information is given regarding the protocol and its very absurd, as one has to plan accordingly the day accordingly. Well I can just observe a chaotic atmosphere here and am totally in a state of confusion.

Absolutely pathetic OPD. They told us to perform initial tests and made us to wait for the doctor for nearly 4 hours without any intimation. I personally suggest everyone to reconsider the decision to visit. Better to visit a Government hospital where treatment is free of cost.

I have gone through ptyregium surgery with graft in d month of Jan 2020..but unfortunately the ptyregium was back within 20 days..Before surgery the doctors assured me of 99.9% of non recurrence that is why I prefer this eye centre for surgery but it was all drama and I wasted my money and time . Apart from this other staff members are very caring and cooperative .

I booked an appointment for 11am on the web and when I got to its Srinagar centre, I was made to wait for more than an hour. In the optical centre, I was told that my specs will be ready in 10 minutes and I had to wait for nearly two hours to get my thing. It is a cool place otherwise but these people don’t have any respect for your time.

This is the best Eye Hospital in the town. Worth and affordable, especially Doctor Samir Soud is really worth. Besides that the patient care is at utmost priority. For same lens other hospitals in the town demanded 40k and at Sharp Sight I just paid 33K for the same lens. Keep it up guys.
