One of the finest Gym with splendid trainers. Joining this gym was one of my best decision. I gained a good health weight in just few months thanks to the owner/coach Haider Beigh one of the best trainer/ nutritionist who always kept me motivated.

It's one of the best fitness solution provider, a complete gym, nutrition and fitness need under one roof. The gym owner, Hyder Baig, is an internationally certified trainer with over 12 international certifications in fitness, nutrition, core strength, etc etc. The gym hosts machines from leading brands, and has ample equipment for all your needs. The best thing is the personal training regime. Other than that, once in a while outdoor sessions of HIIT, Trekking, cycling are also organised.

This is the place if you are looking to loose some fat and stay fit. And I say it after experiencing it my self as I have been coached by him and I have lost more then 50 kgs as if now. So, I don't think you need better motivation to join this programme with him. Eat Healthy Train Dirty.

The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe.
