Great experience but i just have one suggestion which is to provide a resource where all the steps and stages that a patient must go through are explained properly. This resource can either be on paper or on a website. It eill help people to cooperative properly.

Hygiene needs to improve.. (photo of lift floor). It has been observed that the reviews are uploaded by hospital team after taking phone from patients. Avoid malpractice... "Wallahu Khairur Raziqeen" Water dispenser always remains with out water and glasses. Lack of basic facilities... Parking issue. On Rating basis don't consider the hospital.. On the other hand Staff and Doctors are professional.. Doing there job patiently & Are Helpful.

No doubt..... KEH is the best eye hospital of our valley with best doctors and cooperative faculty.....

Dr Raashid Best doctor i have ever met.. One of the best quality of him is that he is a good listener.. Very humble, polite, sober personality.. Staff is very helpful except one lady who is in counselling section. I Don't know her name, she is very rude and arrogant.. She talk to patients very rudely.. I visited the hospital for the first time and the behavior of doctor and the staff was really good. I didn't expect that the treatment will be this kind, I had visited many doctors but they have arrogance.. The cleanness of hospital was also good.I recommend everyone to vist this hospital for treatment.

I attended " mega Camp" at University of Kashmir and wanted to share my positive experience. Overall, the camp was fantastic and exceeded my expectations.

Doctors are very kind but the Staff behaviour with patient is not good worst behaviour of staff with patients and with the people who are waiting for the surgery and eapacialy counselling section is very bad and couseller's behaviour with patient is not good at all... Have been operated for PPV+lensectomy+SFIOL on 9th November by Dr. Rashid Wani. I visited many clinics and also govt hospital no one advised me about the surgery.
