For the first week i thought, it is a waste of money and then gradually my back started to feel better. I am no longer using any medication and am able to deadlift a lot in the gym. I think the key is that i was consistent in the treatment and the doctor there diagnosed correctly. Thanks doc, i wish i knew about your clinic at the earliest.

I approached Dr. Zila amidst a terrible time with my lower back and I was sceptical initially whether my condition would improve substantially. And it did, in around a couple of weeks I felt significant improvement and it was due to the diligent efforts of Miss Zila and her calm demeanour combined with her expertise in physiotherapy.
