recently purchased vehicle from peaks auto, delivery was on time. service and customer relations can be better. this is an authorized dealership the staff need to be more professional.the process was smooth ll praise to my salesman MR. Bilal Ahmad. his knowledge and experience in sales was great.communication was good. final price was exactly as negotiated no last minute surprises.

I have been to Peaks Lasjan twice. Once in summer of '18 when I found their gatekeeper getting roasted in the hot july sun. The poor chap had made a temporary shelter out of cardboard to protect himself. See attached pic. From this episode I could make out that probably these people are not taking care of their employees and have forgotten that every human deserves respect and proper working conditions. On my second visit in fall while my car was getting serviced I asked the service manager where the toilet was and he pointed me upstairs to the showroom. When I reached the showroom the manager in the showroom asked me if I had come to buy a new car I said no I have come to service my vehicle and that I was directed by the service manager to use the bathroom in the showroom upstairs. The showroom manager asked me to go back downstairs and did not allow me use of the bathroom. By this time I was so uncomfortable my bladder was about to burst. Finally I was allowed to relieve myself in their extremely unhygienic and dirty bathroom. Please see attached pic.

Finally took the delivery a few days ago. Despite knowing that i was lied upon and cheated. They didn't even click a photo of me taking delivery. All they want is money. Jamkash uploads videos of every delivery on Instagram and Facebook, and they tie ribbons, etc, or arleast give you a cheap hanging perfume to make you feel special. These people even charge for the air freshener and mobile car charger of third rate quality for 1500. What I couldn't believe was being charged for a Nexa binder to hold papers of the car, and it can't hold an RC, it just doesn't fit and takes a lot of space. I'm not sure why they give binders as the paper boolket is now in the app. Still no main accessories available, seat covers, mats, and they even charged me for the plastic frame of the number plate that Jamkash does for free. Pathetic Dealership. Do not pay them the entire amount until you physically see your car. I booked Opulent Red, then Splendid Silver, and the car that was delivered is Luxe Beige. EMI that i paid for is yet to be resolved. ***UPDATE*** THIS COMPANY IS UNDER LIQUIDATION AND HAS FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY. I SAW THEIR NAME ON THE GOVERNMENT OF INDIA E-BIDDING WEBSITE..

NOT TRUSTWORTHY Never book at PEAKS LASJAN. I booked car from Peaks Lasjan, Srinagar on 16-July 2022. I was told that same will b delivered within 10-12 days. After 2 weeks, I was told contact after 3 days. Then i was told by 25 Aug it ll b delivered, but still no process was started. In ist week of September, i was told there is no car. Take some other car, that too at higher price. What the hell service provided! Simply, wasting time of customers.... Book ur car keeping in view their terminologies for waiting time... Their 2 weeks is 2 months.. I got delivered the vehicle last evening after contacting Maruti Suzuki offices at Jammu & Gurgaon. think twice before u book there. Don't fall pray of some concessions, not trustworthy dealers.... Be wise and stay away from those who don't value time..

Peaks automobiles are totally a fraud group. I wanna share my own personal experience. Booked Brezza zxi+ and paid the booking amount. After few days i was told to pay half of the vehicle amount or else i will never get the delivery. After enquiring i was told that booking amount has no validation. So i decided to cancel and has been about one and a half month; no payment yet returned. After contacting was told to physically visit the showroom to get cash or else my payment will not be returned. Comparatively i appreciate Jamkash Vehicleades hyderpora. They never mislead clients....

Worst experience ever.. First they provided thecar after 2 months and 4 promised dates.. Now it has been 10 days and i am yet to receive even Temp. Registration no.. I can't drive it as Police will easily cease it.. Better to go for other dealers

It's almost beside flyover and near new bypass lasjan... This place is really well maintained it between nexa and true value

Very bad experience with peaks Auto lasjan.first there call center people calls for every day plz come for service we will make your car on with in 2 hours . I went today there by 9.45 and after they start there work and once they open wheels and said u need to change the break shos .after that they don't have brakeshoues avail then they send there person to purchase from the third person who was working there and now having his own shop. After that 12.30 I ask for washing then they said to wait till 4 pm for washing. Very poor service. I would recommend everyone not to go there .they will not care for your time and money..

In my opinion if you want to buy a new car then this is the best place in Kashmir & they provide you the best quality of services

It's good but there are not good service by employment it's discussing.

Though our requirements could not be met, they were very nice and did try to help us.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to complain about the inadequate and unsatisfactory service I received from your service centre. I dropped my car before 12 days at your centre for maintenance.Upon receiving the car, I noticed that your team failed to rectify the car problem and there is a color difference in car. I wonder if this is standard practice at your shops or this is the usual feedback that you receive from your customers. I hope you will look into this matter. Thank you

Very worst experience as we have booked the car in march and payment also has been taken on same month and we have been told within one month you will be getting car , its been almost 3 months they are giving reasons and forcing us to take different colour which we haven’t booked, and very unprofessional behaviour from Mr. Parvez Marketing manager, not recieving calls only, kindly don’t go for this showroom to buy any car. I will suggest to direct Jamkash showrooms and take it from there.
