Located near Dal Lake, with rooms with lake view. Rooms are extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mr Mudasir, a good person. I have fallen sick because of the extreme cold climate, and Mudasir bhai made us home made kashmiri kahwa tea which helped for a speedy recovery. Shikhara Ghat is nearby and he can arrange a budgetary ride. He ensured if each and every necessity of ours is met!!!

Its away from the hustle of dal lake road. This is an upcoming hotel and the owner Mudassar has big plans about the same. He is working day and night to keep the service upto mark for his guests. Biggest advantage is the shikara ghat just bang opposite of the hotel and the scenic beauty of the lake from the sitting area of the hotel. All the best Mudassar and thanks for the hospitality.

Beautiful location nice place to stay.

Was pleasant and budgeted stay. Hotel Owners were co-operative and well mannered although there was no std reception/ room service but they arranged as per requirement like hot milk warm water etc. You may call them keeping in mind night time as they stay on ground floor. Our package was including gondola ride but they could not arrange coz of rush... Overall nice and satisfying experience.

Decent hotel with good hospitality. However, the owner was supposed to send us by car to Gulmarg. After paying heaps of money, he refused and responded like a man on Methamphetamine, and blamed it on the weather. He forced us to pay an additional 1500 2km car ride and took us back to Srinagar. No refund was provided. Additionally, we paid 500 extra again for a night stay in his guest house in Srinagar. I bet he stays up at nights and watches the 1992 scam and implements the same on tourists. At the airport, his driver asks us to tip him for his stubborn and poor service. Perhaps, he can run a day care center with sissies from Gen Z.
