Really disappointed at my experience here. Firstly, the staff is highly inefficient, slow and uninterested. They don’t care about what you want or where you need to go- they were throwing packets of garments unopened to us, showing absolutely no interest into actually opening the packet and showing the garment. They also have a really bad collection of garments and fabric, nothing trendy and modern and upto the mark. The staff is extremely slow when it comes to getting things done.

I went to purchase a wedding saree on 01/10/2023 from kalapaka textiles kodungallur, that time an middle aged woman was handling the wedding saree section.when we Asking about the collection and price ranges of saree she treated us like very bad. She replied mocking us. And her attitude was very rude. Kalpaka should Feel ashamed themself keeping this type of culture less people at work.

New Wedding shopping centre opened in Chandapura, Kodungallur. It is quite spacious. Moderately expensive. But the way shop functions lacks professionalism , which I felt from my first shopping visit. Else there's nothing much to complain about. It's a budget shop.

Shop is ok, good. However, the staffs in the billing section has to be trained to show some courtesy towards the customers.

It is located near Kodungaloor private bus stand. Good place. Friendly staff. Has a good variety of clothes. You can get good clothes at low prices . It has it's own parking ground nearby where you can park your vehicle free of cost. Has a section under the building which gives out clothes at really cheap prices. I got a good quality dress for just 100 rupees from there. If you ever visit the store, do check-out the underground section.

I loved the variety of collection Kalpaka store has got. Bought around 8 Kerela sarees to gift. Each one is unique. Please open an online store too. The only problem I faced is even after the counter is full of clothes no one to help pack it up again while the sales lady was showing us. That created a lot of confusion in the end.. In Mumbai they keep what we liked aside and another person puts the remaining to one side. So we don't see repetitive designs, that helps. All in all a very good experience!
